I've grown up at the KNP. I've been to many self drive and private camps around the Kruger region, madikwe and timbavati regions. Since leaving South Africa 8years ago I've missed the nature of the park so much. Going to Jock's was an absolute treat and an incredible way to relight my love for nature at her best. The grounds-...

We spent 4 nights at Jocks Lodge and had a truly incredible stay. The staff could not be more friendly or welcoming, the rooms were superb and the food was a delight. My son particularly enjoyed the Barbeque and his first taste of Wart Hog. Our Guide on the game drives was Jacob and he was utterly brilliant. How he...

The Jock Safari Lodge is one a few private concessions within Kruger National Park itself. They have a section of private reserve for guests to explore as well as full access to the rest of the public park. Jock Safari Lodge guests can generally enjoy the park for much longer as the public can’t be in the park before dawn...

We stayed for 4 nights at Jock Lodge in the Kruger National Park. The facilities are excellent, if a very little bit dated. The lodge provides a peaceful haven in the wilderness with extremely hospitable staff and some very fine dinning. The game drives encompass a wide area in which we saw the 'Big 5' in one drive, not once,...

This really was a top class experience. The lodge is beautifully situated (rhinos in front at dawn) and we stayed in the 'Braberton' room - well it's not a room it's just amazingly designed (we even had our very own masturbating monkey outside our bathroom area). The whole atmosphere of the place is energising & the food was superb -...

This was our first trip to Africa and our first game encounters, and wow was it great! We stayed at Fitpatrick's where the staff and our ranger was fantastic, and we made some new friends amongst the other guests. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and plan to come back and do it again.

We stayed at Jock for three nights and it was one of the most memorable and magical experiences of our lives. First, the staff is the friendliest, nicest, and most accommodating of anywhere we have ever stayed. There are only twelve rooms on the property and each is maintained beautifully. Not only does one get a nice sized room on...

Jock's Lodge is a bit rustic after some of the other lodges we have been in. It probably could do with a bit of maintenance in parts. Having said this, we loved the duplex cabins with the outside shower (bit cold in July) and private plunge pool (also a bit cold in July). The room was great and of a...

My husband and I just returned from a variety of places in Southern Africa, and Jock Safari Lodge was our most memorable part of our holiday! We had no idea how much we would love this part of our holiday. The rooms were big, cozy and came with great views- we saw all sorts of animals from our room. The...

My adult daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff, game drives, food and accommodations were excellent. We also went to Sabi Sabi which was wonderful, but much more expensive. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend Jock Lodge for a fun, social safari vacation experience. We hope to be able to come back in the future!
