Rhino Post is a lodge that has stuck to the more traditional African type safari. Our room was quiet with a scenic outlook from which we saw numerous different wildlife. The guides we had were very knowledgeable and catered for our request to couple looking for game with bird-watching. At first the staff were a fraction shy, if that is... More

Dear Jean-Pierrem126 We are really sorry that your experience was such a disappointment. I am investigating the situation surrounding your departure, as it is normal that we greet every guest on departure, and except under exceptional circumstances, walk them to the carpark to say goodbye. With regard to your guide, we cannot apologise enough, he was busy working his notice... More

Rhino Post is a great choice for those who want an authentic bush experience - with luxury comforts. They have their own private concession of land within the Kruger Park - so you can get away from the public cars when wished. The highlight is the option of a 'sleep out' in tents pitched on platforms in the middle of... More

People were friendly and knowledgeable, food was over the top, everything was beyond my expectation. I time and place I will always have good memories. We observed lions, leopards, sables, rhino, elephants and lots more, guides knew where to take us and always felt safe even in walking tours.

We had an awesome stay at Rhino Post. We spent 2 nights here and 2 nights at the Plains Camp. At both properties we had incredible safari drives and really enjoyed getting to know the staff and the guides at both places. Our guide, Bonga, was amazing, and he really deeply knows the park and the animals so we saw... More

We chose to spent 3D/ 2N in Rhino Post Lodge, a luxury lodge situated inside the Kruger Park. The lodge was great; rooms were spacious, comfortable, each with a private deck overlooking the jungle! There was a tiny but sufficient swimming pool and the food was great! We had two games per day; one early in the morning and one... More

We spent some time in the self-catered lodges in Kruger, which are very reasonable but not as luxurious as Rhino Post. Our guide, Bonga, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The rest of the staff was kind and friendly. The dinner choices were excellent though dinner was a bit late for our tastes.... More

Having visited the Kruger National Park and Greater Kruger National Park on a number of occasions as both a self-drive and private lodge destination we wanted to combine staying in Kruger and having a lodge experience. We had an amazing stay at Rhino Post Safari Lodge; the lodge experience and game viewing were outstanding and the memories will last forever!

This was our third time back to Rhino Post, and perhaps the best. It now feels like our home in Africa, and that we are surrounded by friends, not staff. Each time, we stay for longer but each time, it's never enough. From the warm welcome from Marli, Emma and Anishka, to the comprehensive, informative and often funny game drives... More
