We spent three nights at Moontide in the "Boat House" room type. The staff were very attentive, hospitable and friendly. As soon as we had our bags in the room we were met by the siamese cat. This is definitely a home away from home as the property has two cats and three dogs on the property - all friendly....

We stayed in the fabulous tree tops house which was super nice! Amazing view and the interior is nice. Fun that you can use the canoes for free and the breakfast was really good. Only negative comment is that the room was not 100% clean, especially not the bathroom... If it would have been, we would have given it a...

Honeymoon destination for 2 nights, absolutely great. Amazing view, our room was very neat and luxurious. Service is top notch and the breakfast- and other facilities really up to scratch. Lovely place to relax and enjoy, right on the river. Wilderness is also a very beautiful and worthwhile place to explore, with more than enough places to see and things...

We only spent one night at Moontide, and despite torrential rain, we had a fabulous stay. The room was beautifully appointed, we were snug and warm, and apart from wishing the sun was shining, everything was perfect - a glorious position. We will certainly return, and hopefully very soon. We loved the proximity to an array of great restaurants too.

Best spot in Wilderness! Great service and totally unique. The view is tranquil and the best restaurant is just 200m away. I stay at Moontide every time I go up to Port Elizabeth. The hospitality is outstanding and the nature and lagoon the best medicine for burn-out!

Beautiful location. Well-appointed, comfortable and tastefully decorated room. The alfresco breakfast on the deck is something really special. Staff, including management, are really helpful and friendly. We hope to visit again soon and will definitely recommend this charming venue.

My sister and I stayed for four very memorable nights. The accommodation, breakfasts and surroundings were stunning and our hosts were very welcoming and extremely helpful in providing suggestions as to where to visit and recommending the best restaurants in Wilderness and surrounds. Overall a wonderful experience.
