We felt completely at home and were happy to have a couple of nights at Maureen and Dave's place. Our two bedroom mini apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The delicious breakfast was personally served by the owners and we enjoyed the conversation/tips as well. The location on the hill is secluded with nice views overlooking...

Wow - we were passing through Wilderness at about the time to find somewhere to spend the night and got very luck with finding the Wallow. A chance phone call for a one night stay turned into 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer... What a beautiful place, and Maureen and Dave made it a very special...

I cannot recommend The Wallow Guest House more highly. We had family in George which couldn't accommodate us on this trip so we needed somewhere to stay. As we have to small children (6 ans 1) we needed something which was child friendly. Very well equipped, very clean and very quiet. Dave and Maureen were fantastic and accommodating.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Wallow Guesthouse in Wildernis. Our hosts Maureen and Dave are two lovely people. The views are spectacular from your own patio and there is a perfect balance between being in a...

It's low season and there were a number of places available along the garden route during the time when we were there. We decided on this one because we read the reviews and price-wise is very reasonable. The apartment is surprisingly big at this price range, have a wonderful sea-view and a lovely terrace. The only thing i dont like...

We have been traveling for some time and can say with certainty that The Wallow Guest House in Wilderness South Africa has been the best accomdations to date. In addition to the spectacular views and tidy apartment like accommodations, Dave and Maureen are the most hospitable hosts you will come across. The only thing we regret is that we couldn't...

The Wallow was a wonderful find. Set up above the village in a real country setting it offers awesome views and is peaceful and tranquil. The location is excellent in that it is a very short drive to local amenities, restaurants, shops, the beach etc, but set back from the busy N2, so you really feel like you are away...
