The views were so spectacular, staying here was well worth it. Service was great, staff treated us as if we were the only guests and always smiled and assisted where possible. You are able to walk directly into the shopping mall so great for the safety-conscious. The buffet breakfast was great, not a very large variety but perhaps its because...

Wonderfully appointed rooms. Very large and spacious with split level sleeping and living. Bathroom was well appointed with great shower. Had some drinks in bar which was fine, service good. Enjoyed buffet breakfast the next morning. A little limited on choice compared to other hotels but quality was good. Attached to shopping mall so security is good, easy to shop...

We were told that it was the best hotel in Jo'burg . While it's the only one we have stayed at , I imagine that the others would be hard pushed to beat it. Magnificent public areas, fine split level suites with everything you could desire and a breakfast spread second to none. Central position next to an extensive mall...

For my business meet, stayed with the hotel and experience was fantastic to come back there. The hotel is in hear of city centre called Nelson Mandela square, which can be accessed right from the hotel access. Hotel service is world class and food is exquisite. Sandton is very well connected and if one wants to experiment with food, the...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's in a great location and attached to a mall. The room was spacious, with a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. I especially enjoyed the spa. It was rather inexpensive. My massage and manicure were wonderful. I will say, the outdoor area with the "whirlpool" is underwhelming. It's a...

5 Star treatment. Friendly and very helpful staff. Food delicious at buffet. Excellent location for Sandton. All in all I can honestly say that it was worth staying there and I would stay there again.

Hotel is in Sandton, which is a safer place for a tourist than downtown Johannesburg. We went to Johannesburg for the first time as a stopover on out way to the Cape. We wanted to visit some relatives who live there. Hotel is lovely if getting to be just a touch out of modern. But I was comfortable there. It...

We arrived at the hotel at 13hrs10 and had booked for 2 rooms of same standard. We know check in time is 14hrs00. But at 14hrs30 we get only one room and had to wait for the another room. Finally when we got both rooms, they are not the same standard as we requested. We asked for twin beds in...

My husband and I loved every minute of our stay at this magnificent hotel. The location is absolutely perfect - you are in the heart of Sandton and adjacent to one of the best shopping malls in South Africa. The best part is being able to shop and then walk safely back to the hotel without needing to get into...
