I recently travelled to Pretoria on business with my two month old son. I stayed two nights at the Waterkloof guest house. The place was lovely. Lovely surrounding, green lush gardens. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and a welcome break after a hard day's work. It had been a while since I heard... More

I was in a small group attending a conference in Pretoria and we received an absolute 5-star service from Waterkloof guesthouse. The staff were very friendly, polite and warm people- especially management personnel. The hotel is a bit far from the mall and you can get caught in a lot of traffic during peak hours but other than that, it... More

Lovely, comfortable, clean and spacious room. Pool area and gardens well maintained and very beautiful. Secure parking, staff were helpful. Breakfast choice was excellent and very nice. Free access to coffee, tea all day and wifi. Was very conveniently located for what we wanted. Would recommend.

We held a picnic in the garden for family and friends after the christening of our baby daughter and even on a Sunday the service was excellent. The garden was beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and prepared fresh. We will most definitely host another party at this venue.

We recently had some guest staying at this wonderful guesthouse and they were offered a trip to go see the Lion Park as well as Soweto. This was well arranged by the guesthouse and they provided an excellent guided tour of both the Lion Park and Soweto. Ending it off with a traditional lunch in an establishment in Soweto. Thank... I often stay in Pretoria and because the usual guesthouses that I use were all fully booked, I managed to find accommodation at Waterkloof Guesthouse which is well located and within easy reach of all the places I had to visit. However, expecting a 5 star facility, I found a 3 star standard. I was very well received at Reception... More

We often stay in Pretoria on a Saturday night and make use of a handful of guesthouses in the area, depending on availability. Waterkloof was pleasant enough and the room itself was very well appointed in terms of space, decor and furnishing, with masses of space for clothes and a generously sized TV with full DSTV. The private courtyard outside... More

This is a well established Guesthouse, professionally run and obviously in it for a long time. My single room had everything that I required and was clean and comfortable. A desk to work on, ample coffee and tea and even a microwave and small fridge for self catering. Parking is available on site. Free wifi and immaculately cultured gardens adds... More

We stayed here as we were in South Africa to watch the Test Match between England and South Africa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We arrived early and were offered breakfast, and our rooms were available soon afterwards. The rooms were very clean, serviced every day and the beds very comfortable. The staff... More

My husband and I went to Waterkloof guesthouse for our wedding anniversary. We booked a room and spent the night. We had a marvelous experience. The room was clean and neatly decorated. The swimming pool area has a relaxing atmosphere and the garden is well maintained. Thank you so much for the break away from everyday life!
