A great, nourishing and accessible space to rest from urban life. Wonderfully fitted with no frilly excess. The gardens and property was well maintained and staff at all levels of employment a joy to be around.

It was wonderful staying in a peaceful place. Coming from the countryside it is always daunting to find a place away from traffic noise and Random Harvest was the ideal find. Everybody was very friendly and the nursery a must to visit. The fresh cream and milk was magical and the bed very comfortable.

Random Harvest really deserves all its great reviews. My partner and I stayed at Random Harvest a couple of weeks ago while attending a wedding nearby. The cottage we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The cottages are situated next to the nursery in the most beautiful grounds, and you walk through...

A three night stay - our second time here. Love the country feel and peace and quiet of the place. Perfect little cottage very handy to where we needed to be over the weekend. A little confusion over payment but resolved easily. Great staff, will be back again in the future.

We were a family of 9 people and a wonderful stay at the cottages. Everything was just perfect!! The cottages were super! They were clean and everything that one could think of was there (also candles in the bathrooms!)! Even the milk and cream in the fridge were a bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you! We would...

All our needs were catered for, thank you - extra tables and chairs for a breakfast. The servants are very friendly and helpful. The beams of the thatch roof of Yellowwood are not clean and after a strong wind the room was filthy - dust etc.

Waking up in the countryside ensconced in a forest is idyllic. Breakfasting in the nursery, divine. But what made the stay one to remember (and repeat), was the response we got to a complaint about the geyser problem we had. The service and professionalism we received was world-class. David, the manager in charge, made us feel valued and dealt with...

Brilliant location, just close enough not to get fatigue travelling there and serene enough to recover from the maddening crowd. Just needed to switch get there and take walks and I was back in the rural and simple era. Everything brought peace from the cows grazing lazily to the fresh milk and cream supplied, to the scrumptious rusks supplied daily

Beautiful venue with great staff. Went for tea and scones ended up eating a wonderful breakfast as well. The tea garden chairs are mixed in with a beautiful nature setting. The food is freshly made. We will definitly want to go back to try the various activities they offer or even stay a few nights.
