What a wonderful hotel with the best decor, staff and location. Looking out from your room viewing the zebras in the Zoo is priceless. Very friendly staff welcomed us and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The lounge area is very relaxing and the meals provided was extremely tasteful. We will definitely stay with you again. Thank you...

A functional smallish, rather poorly sound insulated, room with a bizarre clear glass enclosed shower in the corner. The lu thankfully had heavy frosted glass to prevent a clear view. Stylish apparently. We had a view over the zoo that was pleasant. Fine for single business travellers but not a good choice for a tourist couple.

The hotel staff were friendly at check in. Noisy hotel with mediocre breakfast. Pretty gardens, but overall expensive for the size of the rooms and breakfast costs extra. Nice shower. Walls very thin between the rooms.

This was my third stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy. First time that I ate at the restaurant, buffet meal. Was not impressed. Selection adequate but did not meet with my taste buds' expectations. Breakfast not included in the room rate and the price charged is a bit steep.

It's a nice hotel kind like berries who wants to bay in a Willow. I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel and it was raining in Bloemfontein. Protea Willow Lake Offer 🆓WIFI ♿️parking access, conference facilities, bar, smoke policy inside the rooms, and they have a pool overlooking at the zoo and the hotel's closer to two malls.

Friendly and effective service, lots of parking and pretty secure. Rooms are modern, fresh and classy. Loved the shower - which is a walk-in glass enclosure within the room - but not everybody's cup of tea I suspect.
