This is one of the best guesthouses that I have been at in the last few years. Amazing rooms and very beautiful interior design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the balcony, and we walked to the bar from our place.

Arrived after a long flight to a very warm welcome from Rodney who also helped take our luggage to our room. The room was very spacious, clean and led out to a lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Bed linen and towels clean and of good quality. Soap, shampoo etc...

I booked St Phillips for my tour group more than two months ago. My group were all excited about staying there having viewed it on the internet We are all interested in history and old buildings. We arrived all excited from Johannesburg to find that half the group had rooms in St Phillips and the other half in a shabby...

We have spent 12 lovely days in this nice B&B of Port Elizabeth. The room with a long and beautiful balcony was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the persons who took care of us were very gentle. The only suggestion is maybe to add something sweet in the breakfast: eggs and bacon were really appreciated, but...

We stayed here as a family of four at the start of our journey along the Garden Route. The house is absolutely stunning, and the two rooms we had very large and well equipped. As well as the house (and owner/staff) being great, the position of the B&B is excellent being a short walk from lots of great restaurants and...

Myself and a group of volunteers for Artworks for Youth stayed for 2-3 weeks at St. Phillips B&B. Not only was the place beautiful, I left considering the owner and employees friends for life. Caring, knowledgeable, intelligent, helpful, fun, these are a few adjectives I would use to describe the owner, Margie, and manager, Loreen. I am hoping to return...

Only 6km from the airport. Very close to major routes. Cosy area with lots of restaurants. Free and fast WiFi. Tea/coffee in room. Bathtub in bathroom. Wish...

a pretty, if some what shabby Victorian home. The rooms are large and ours shared a balcony with good views. The breakfast was disappointing- tinned fruit salad and artificial orange juice... walking distance to Stanley road for a selection of restaurants and coffee bars.

St. Phillips B&B is a massive century home in a tony neighbourhood serviced by cool bars & quality restaurants. St. Phillips B&B has beautiful large common areas with high ceilings, wood floors, some rooms had balconies & there is gated parking. Our room was tastefully decorated, but the bathroom was a little too open-concept for even this long-married couple. The innkeeper...

We stayed at St. Phillips for three nights and enjoyed every minute of this beautiful place, our marvellous room and the great hospitality of Margie and Loreen. No need to be afraid of staying in a city: although nice restaurants and bars are in walking distance this place is in a very peaceful area (with a stunning view from the...
