We attended a function in PE over the week end of the 5th Feb 2016 and opted to stay out of town at the Thunzi Bush Lodge. We stayed in the one bedroom chalets which were beautifully furnished with lovely bathrooms. The private Boma areas are a delight and have a secluded feel.We orders the Breakfast basket which were delicious....

This self-catering accommodation is beautifully located in middle of nature. The room is great so is the view. Little monkey came by to say hello in the morning on the balcony. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Thunzi. The room was wonderfully setup with a balcony, gas hob, plenty of kitchen equipment (even for baking!), and a large bath. Each cabin feels secluded and private, and has its own boma area to braai. On the property is a well maintained pool, and a lake. Beaches and shops are close, but...

We found Thunzi the perfect break away, just 30min from PE. Beautiful accommodation & surrounds. Picnics is a must! Very relaxing & revitalizing. Would definitely return in the not to distant future..

We had a fantastic time and would have loved to stay longer. The lodge we had was very private, well equipped and luxurious. We had a self-catering unit, but cleaning staff was very friendly. Most of all - the lodge is located in the bush with lovely views over the surroundings. Bird-lovers paradise and lots of short walking trails available....

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Thunzi. A very relaxing place and comfortable accommodation. We loved the deck, looking over the forest and the boma was great for braaing and getting out of the sun.

The airconditioner at our chalet was not working when we arrived. William had us moved to a similar chalet in order to minimise discomfort. You cannot always control what goes wrong. The difference is in how you rectify the problem. Our stay was very happy!

We stayed in the 3-bedroom Nguni Chalet for a week over December. The Nguni and Kingfisher chalets are situated next to each other a short walk from the reception area. I think the other units are more secluded. Units are serviced once a day. The unit has a large kitchen with all the essentials, a comfortable living room and a...

What a perfect place. William was amazing and very attentive. The chalet's were spotless. The decor was warm and inviting. We loved being all together as a family in the King Fisher and Nguni, they are side by side. We used the outdoor Braai areas and wished we could have them at home. I highly recommend the breakfast baskets too....

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility and the amazing views from our chalet, a real nature experience so close to town. The facilities were excellent and it was a perfect venue for our club.
