We booked 2 nights in December 2015 and had a lovely stay. Place is clean neat modern nice breakfast delightfully friendly owner. Nice quiet peaceful suburb. Well worth it for the price as well. Wifi plus DSTV available. Will def return and recommend.

The room I stayed in was smart and very clean. I was warmly received, but there was an occasion when I could not get hold of the owner immediately when I had a problem trying to open the gate which had a motor problem. When it comes to breakfast, I had a problem that there was no bacon available. I...

The room was squeaky clean and the service about what you can expect for this price. I had no hassles with anything, although the "key in the mailbox" is not the safest way to operate, considering the "secret hiding place" is advertised all over the internet. Apart from this it is real good value for money and location wise was...

We have stayed at this guesthouse for 3 nights and enjoyed the room. Every day it was cleaned up and the nice lady even washed our clothing. Reasonably priced accommodation for exploring Port Elizabeth. Only breakfast is really basic and not worthy to stay. There are a lot of nice places in Port Elizabeth to have a nice breakfast.

Before I say anything about the place, let me say that we are frequent travellers and have been around the world, and we have never ever left an accommodation before. This was our first time. It is also my first time to write negatively about a place, this is an outstanding and 'one and only' bad experience in South Africa....

Stayed here for one night (Saturday night) on route from Cape Town to Lesotho. Didn't meet the owners or anyone else. Breakfast on the weekends is 'help yourself', of which we found some tea / coffee, cereals, milk, yogurts, bread. Apparently during the week there is someone there to serve / help with breakfast. Room was okay, bed was comfy,...

My fiance' and I stayed here during our hectic World Cup trip, and it was a wonderful break from our hostels. We were able to let ourselves in late at night because they laid keys out for us, and the room included two very comfortable beds, with a fabulous bathroom, and a door out to the lovely garden. Kristina makes...
