Wonderful family safari experience. Really excellent facilities and Game Rangers were wonderful. Each lodge is beautifully furnished and decorated. Staff are really friendly although the quality of both food and service is not at 5-star hotel levels. However, the staff make up for any shortfalls with friendliness and enthusiasm. Our family would fully recommend.

I have just returned from 4 night at Pumba water lodge - I cannot praise it enough. This place is absolutely out of this world. The surroundings, the rooms, the restaurant, the staff - especially the rangers! Absolutely everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this reserve to anyone!

Our stay here at Pumba was extraordinarily! The lodge is beautiful; when taking a shower one feels like in the middle of the safari. You have a feeling of privacy with very caring staff. The game drives were perfect too.

From being first greeted by Bianca, the whole experience was 5* plus. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, their sole focus was on ensuring you had a wonderful holiday. Food was very good. Game Drive Rangers Warren and Jade were extremely knowledgeable and welcomed questions. The animals were relaxed and we saw Rhino, Elephant, Hippo, Lion, Cheetah, Giraffe plus...

Amazing time at the bush lodge rooms were fabulous. Staff were great. Not as keen on the water lodge , rooms weren't as nice but still incredible however there was an elephant by the lounge !! We had Justin Carroll as our ranger and I have to say his professionalism and knowledge was fantastic. He certainly went the extra mile...

Wow, what a fantastic experience - worth every penny & would definitely recommend to others. 3 days of excellent service, luxury accommodation & we were fortunate to see the Big 5 even following the leopard up the road in the landrover. Memories shared with friends that will I've with us forever.

We enjoyed our stay at Pumba. The accommodation was excellent and there was a warm welcome with log fires when we finished the game drives as it was quite cold. The food was a little bit disappointing compared to other game reserves we had visited but I would recommend this game reserve.

We had a great time at Pumba. The property is great, the rooms are exceptional. There are better reserves for game drives, but you are still able to see enough game. The staff is very friendly and the lodge has the right size - it is small but offers all services you would expect from such a game reserve.
