I had thee most amazing week at The Milner. I was welcomed by the friendliest of persons, escorted to my residence for the week. Excellent location. As soon as I entered the premises, it felt like I had escaped the noise and buzz of Makanda. The rooms are perfect for leisure and business. It's not just a room... So much attention to detail has gone into the set up of this establishment and this comes through in the decor and general set up. It was my perfect escape, with everything I needed within reach. If you have time to spare, I'd encourage a trip to the Milner library. An excellent spot, if you want to change your workspace. Even better, if you have time to read some of the books collected for your use and enjoyment. I want to extend my congratulations to the team that runs this business. You most certainly have my vote! I am in awe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. We made good use of the Honesty bar, which was also a hit with our kids. Thank you for your warm hospitality, we will certainly be back!

We had an overnight stay (business trip) and 3 of us booked 3 seperate rooms . The staff were amazing , the rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. The lounge and honesty bar was a real touch and a big fire going in the lounge throughout the evening was perfect for the chilly evening we were experiencing. A full english breakfast is included in the package and secure off str parking and beautiful back gardens with firepit just made it worth every cent! Will most certainly be back

What a pleasant stay with very helpful people at the B@B who made sure we were well attended. Froom the breakfast to ensuring that I came back to a warm space ensuring the heater is on was wonderful. Absolutely loved my stay there and will be coming back each time when I visit my girls.
