We spent one night there. Owner Ingrid was very gracious. Showed us three rooms then let us choose. Sat on the porch watching the VWs go by. Close enough to downtown area to walk. Breakfast was delicious!

Nice and clean rooms and a great breakfast to start your motor running! You can walk downtown from here and enjoy Jerome on foot without getting in your car! Nice owners who will answer questions about the town and make you feel at home!

We booked the Verdi Vista room on the second floor with a wonderful view of the valley. Breakfast was fantastic and the location is great. Ingrid was so welcoming and lent us a phone connector we neglected to pack! The decor is fun, with a crazy quilt on the bed and historic touches.

The price was great, the owner, Ingrid was wonderful. We had a great room that looked liked Minnesota with ducks, fish, loons. A great bed and a balcony overlooking the Verde Valley. Small bathroom but you aren't in there to much. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were outstanding, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee, tea and a...

In high tourist season, I booked for a Sunday night last minute and had to take the least desirable room. Upon arrival, the very welcoming Ingrid was generous enough to offer us an upgrade! The room was upstairs, with a view north west over the canyon. The place is full of old ephemera and historic paraphernalia. After camping in the...

My girlfriend and I frequently stay here. It is a bed and breakfast, and the breakfasts are amazing. They always have fresh baked cookies, we had a cheesy cornbread bake, that was over the top yummy our first trip. That is what got us coming back. One time it was a French toast bake, it was so sweet. There is...

Excellent mid-week value. Wonderful breakfasts...interesting fellow guests...very haunted room (Americana). The worst sleep I have had in years despite a very comfortable bed and quiet room. A very restless energy kept waking me up every 2 hours and my husband did not sleep at all. The Ghost City Inn lives up to its name!

This venue has a history back to late 1890s. The new owners are working on bringing the property up to speed and it's coming along. However, the rooms on the second floor need to be accessed by an OUTSIDE stairway. There was no help with baggage. We recently stayed two nights and the room was not refreshed after the first...

Thank you for posting your review. We appreciate your suggestion of installing an outside stairway, nevertheless, the historic property does not allow for any significant alterations of the building. As it is a B&B and not a motel we do like the fact that the front door is our only access to the upstairs rooms and we are always happy...

We really loved the quaintness of our room, Verde View, especially having the porch to sit on and look out over the valley. The room was comfortable and quaint. the bed was comfortable but I wasn't allowed to sleep for more than one hour at a time by whoever was there other than my husband. It was better for me...

Thank you for posting your review and I am sorry that the resident spirit interrupted your sleep. Most of our guests actually rave about how well they sleep because the beds are so comfortable. The spirit must have felt your sensibility. Glad you enjoyed your stay nevertheless.
