We booked this hotel based on a recommendation from a friend, and were not disappointed. Room 26 is spacious, with 2 queen beds and room to spare for the tables, nightstands and dressers. These beds had no headboards, which was a bit offputting (like the room was unfinished) but provided a comfortable night sleep. The ghost tour was excellent, we...

The view from this hotel are outstanding. The rooms are a nice size, clean and comfortable. The hotel is quite old but well maintained. Part of the charm is the original 1926 Otis elevator. The restaurant should not be missed. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great location on top of Jerome, you can see a bit of the Jerome Grand Hotel that used to be 1 of 3 hospitals in the old mining town of Jerome. They actually do ghost tours with actual ghost viewing apparel - very cool stuff. It is worth stepping in and checking out. The Asylum restaurant had really good food...

We had a wonderful experience at the Jerome Grand Hotel. Stayed in room 38 with a balcony overlooking the valley. Hotel is clean and has a lot of great history. Eric at the front desk is phenomenal he made our stay even better, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning.

An old hospital converted into a hotel, this hotel is very kitsch and won't let you down. The view as we arrived and parked was worth the windy, narrow drive up the hill. On checking in, looking around and you know you're somewhere special. The staff were friendly and helpful, filled with good knowledge if the hotel and the area....

We only spent one night here on a road trip through Arizona, but this was one of the highlights. Old and full of character, which was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But the highlight was being upgraded to a balcony room which overlooked all of the valley for miles and miles. Breakfast was...

The husband planned a little getaway as a valentines gift and Jerome has been on our list for awhile so why not go to a spooky hotel to ensure a little extra cuddling happens. We booked the room and train combo. We arrived in the emergency room, I mean the lobby at 5 ish for check in. Front desk was...

Four of us ladies spent the night at The Grand Hotel on a wine tasting get a way this past week. First of all, the front desk staff is so kind in helping select just the right room for the occasion. We wanted a view of the spectacular Verde Valley, plus two queen beds, and we got the best room...

We stayed here for an anniversary trip. The hotel is up on the hill overlooking the town and Verde Valley. We got a balcony room and it was worth it, very pretty just sitting there on the balcony and enjoy the view. The hotel is clean, and the staff was very friendly. On certain nights you can take a ghost...
