We stayed in a nice little cabin, located in the Kaibab National Forest. The resort is 45 minutes north of the north rim of the Grand Canyon via Highway 67. It is called Jacob Lake, but it is more like a pond. That was ok though, we were not there to fish or boat. The gift shop has a nice...

lodge was clean, quiet, nicely situated in pines . . no experience to rate cabins; expect rooms facing the parking lot would be undesirable

Our cabin was a single. It had a rustic bark exterior and seemed somewhat small from the outside. Entering into the room it seemed very roomy. It was freshly painted and had nice decorations. The bathroom was small but clean. We used the hotel as our base station for visiting the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The bed was...

We stayed in the "new" building on the second floor. We didn't hear elevators, other guests, or ice machines. The room was clean and comfortable but nothing to set it apart from chain motels and hotels except maybe the view from the balcony at the forest coming right up to the building. Were I to visit this area again I...

From add, I thought we were getting a deck out a back door. This is clearly not the case. asked for different room and was told - thats what you got, can't do anything about it. Room was great. No phone for wake up call. (cell phones do not work in that area) 1 bath towel - perfect the others...

Our room was really fine. We were in the motel towards the back of the property but we received Wi-Fi in our room. The maid entered our room at 8:00 without so much as a knock, just walked on in. No "Do Not Disturb" signs were available, but at least a knock and a pause would have been nice. It...

We greatly enjoyed our two nights at Jacob Lake Inn. We stayed in the hotel/motel part of the Inn rather than the cabins. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant/diner was very convenient with delicious food. The only complaint I had was with the nitwits who thought that the hallway was a great place for two separate pre...

nice room and restaurant for the price. The 2 bedroom unit had the bathroom off the back of the second bedroom. So it would be great for families with small children but we were traveling with my father in law so it was still a little awkward with the bathroom sharing but for one night we managed well.
