We bought a modular home in Cotton Lane RV resort three years ago. We enjoy the people that live and visit here. It isn't the perfect place for some people but we spend six months of the Winter in sunny Goodyear.

Read all the negative reviews. Maybe not as attractive as other RV parks but it was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pitch and putt golf course. We will stay here again. Not sure why the office told us they could not accommodate our friends and us having our RV's next to one another. Supposedly they were booked up...

After reading some of the reviews we were a little leery about staying here. We stayed for two weeks March 18th - 31, 2016. All I can say is that this is a great place to stay. Full hook ups with no problems. Big wide spaces with plenty of room for guest parking. Everyone we met was very friendly. Definitely...

Been coming here for five years, and this is one of our best years. The office management has changed and has turned the park atmosphere around. Met life long friends here and will continue to come to this park. The lots here are double the space then any other park.

We've spent 5 nights at the Cotton Lane RV Park. Beautiful park, close in to shopping. Good area for walking along the canal. Lots of songbirds, a pair of burrowing owls, cormorants, geese, roadrunners. The park is clean and well-run, the people friendly. There's a great pool and hot tub and exercise area. It takes Good Sam and other discounts....

Do not stay here unless you like parking in the Gobi Desert. There is nothing good to say about this place. However, since no one stays here we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Wifi is not free but it works good. Laundry room is clean. No shade on any of the rv spaces.

I'm surprised some reviewers thought this place was attractive. We had a terrible experience as the power went off and the management wouldn't make any price adjustment after we had already paid. Picture a large, ugly gravel parking lot with no vegetation but has hookups.

We had just retired and my husband wanted to be close to the Indians training field as possible so this is where i booked us for 5 months..we never r.v.'d before and were looking forward to being retired and having fun..we were mistreated by the manager and activities director and accused of doing things we didn't do..while the golf carts...

This RV Resort is actually modular homes on a golf course. The park is quite attractive, the modular homes are very well maintained. The reason for the 2 rating is that it does not provide the amenities you think about when reserving a site in an RV Resort. The restrooms, showers are very few and located in/near the office. The...

we stayed four nights and were parked in the far back by the dog walk. This was convenient for our little dog. We travel in a small RV and I sometimes use the parks shower facilities. This park is huge and more of a seasonal park so the only facilities they had was by the pool. Way too far away...
