My wife and I used to play the slots here quite often and had fun when we did. In the last couple of years there are far few payouts any more. Our experience and many of our casino friends have noticed that there are far less payouts than years past. Even when you do get a bonus round on the...

Enjoyed my visit. Players club folks helpful kind. Clean. Good variety of games. Other than a few condescending floor payout employees good time. They seemed like the employees at the station casinos in vegas. Quick to size you up to judge how nice or disrespectful they could be.

Great location, rooms are average but clean. Casino does allow smoking, which I'm not used to. You can kind of smell it in the hotel too. Awesome fitness center. Beautiful pool. Great friendly service. Would love to see the shuttle take guests beyond the mall and Rawhide.

We went to the Wild Horse Pass casino for gambling, drinks and dinner. It is a nice, clean and bright casino. While lots of people were smoking, it was not unbearable. There are a lot of different gaming options. There is a nice bar in the center of the casino and there are a number of dining options. We chose...

Very busy and difficult to get to slot machines as the casino is not that large. Better destination if you are a tables player. As with many AZ casinos, no craps tables. Lost quickly and didn't see many winners collecting.

I frequently go to Shula's for dinner there and after check out the high limits black jack! Tons of fun, great comps, nice staff, good rooms! They also have an so/so night club. You can check out local MMA events in their event center, I've completed there and it is a small but very nice venue!

There are just too many people here. And there is one small corner with Keno and Poker machines and it is unbearably smoky! You can't get on a Keno or Poker machine, all you can do is circle and wait for one to open up. The staff is friendly, plenty of parking. But as a former smoker I just found...

I ran a meeting at this property, they were very easy to work with. The rooms were clean, nice view, located near two golf courses. The only issue I see is there is not much right around the hotel, and you world need a car to do anything off property. They had nice meeting facilities, and I was able to...

This casino/hotel was amazing. We had a beautiful view of the desert and mountains where the wild horses roam. I wish I had enough time to take a tour through the mountains to see the horses. The weather permitted us from taking a dip in the huge pool but it was heated and had plenty of space. The dock was...

I had scratched my eye and hotel staff told my husband they did not have a first aid kit. I know this is not true or legal. We were there for a conference, our association is based on "climbers": The "head" of conference sales seemed to be flippant about the fact that people from our meeting were hanging from the...

I apologize that this incident occurred during your stay. We did reach out to you last week to discuss this further and have not received a response from you. We did offer the planner of your event compensation toward the group but this offer was refused. I would however like to discuss how we can compensate you and resolve this...
