I booked this room when we made a last minute decision to attend the Laughlin River Run. As a result of the event, everything was booked and this was the only room we could find. Also as you would expect, the rate was considerably above what we would normally be willing to pay for a place of this caliber. When...

Made reservation for the wrong weekend due to a miscommunication between my sister and I regarding which weekend funeral services would be held for our aunt in Bullhead City. Called to change date and the manager accused me of lying about my aunt's death. I could not beleve how rude he was! He wanted to charge me for the full...

When you drive up to it, everything looks OK, but walk inside and yech. The first thing to hit you is a the smell ( kind of when you walk into an old musky dank basement). The lobby ( if you can call it that)and check-in reminded me of a old caged tellers counter in a bank.. I have to...

The rooms are horrible, smelly. The beds are the worst I have slept on I would rather sleep on the sidewalk. The was NO cold water, the ice machine was broken, and there was only an old nickel, dime, and quarter Pepsi machine which did not accept dollar bills, management was rude and we will never come again.

I hate to say it, but Travelers Inn is a dump. Not well maintained. The outside, in front, is just okay......but the back is a dump. You can see field mice running around, stray cats everywhere, screens aren't kept up and torn out of most of the windows. Smelly. Cheap, but not worth it. The extreme highway noise, is deafening,...

The place should be closed by the health department. The room smelled like a septic tank. The water was brown - my dog was even reluctant to drink it. The bathroom floor was so filthy that our feet stuck to it.

Reserved room at the Good Nite Inn for me and my dog. The one guy at the desk had no clue I had made a reservation. He sends me over to The Travelers hotel (family owned I guess). Staff had my reservation. Checked in and was sent to the last building for animals. Two older men were struggling to open...
