The absolute worst run management in history!! Richard the owner is very disrespectful to guests no matter who you are and he is loud, obnoxious and very rude!! Enough so that you want to leave!!! The place is full of shady people who are rude and disrespectful to others around them! The place has a bad vibe and reminds you...

Rooms are filthy, toilets are disgusting, carpet are dirty, sheets and towels are old, if you stay more than a week you have to clean your own room and provide your own toilet paper. Complain and mgr says get the hell out

It is for those people that are struggling or have bad credit and need a place to live for awhile. That is fine, but it also usually brings a negative element to a property. Surprisingly, I didn't...

One star is too good actually. I don't even know where to start here. It was the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. No remodels or upgrades here...in 50 years. The carpet is dirty and stinky, with cigarette burns and stains. My husbands socks were black. The bathroom was just plain disgusting. Someone else's hair adorned the sides of the...

Getting late in the day we booked into this motel just to get somewhere to sleep. Although our cheapest accommodation, in hindsight we should have paid a little more for a better motel. The noise of the air con plus the noise of the traffic meant than none of us had a good nights sleep. We also felt that it...

Husband and I took a quick trip to Laughlin. We decided to stay in Bullhead City to avoid the casino hotels as we were looking for something a little more quiet. Well, quiet we got but that is about it. The Asian lady who checked us in was very very nice. The room, well I don't know where to start....

Worst experience in my life!!! After relocation in 2006 we stayed there during labor day weekend. Had to go to office to pay telephone deposit and the manager went psycho on me. I was polite and honest to him when I made the reservation months ahead, and I was polite/honest when I went to the office that day. He literally...
