Everything was great, yet it starts with the service. I am a huge fan of good service. I'll go anywhere again if service is great, even if there is some component of the actual product that is a bit less than ideal. Saying that, everything about Four Seasons Bora Bora is amazing - facility, food, rooms, style, view, quiet. Yet...

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and I could not imagine a better experience. Bora Bora is pure paradise. The resort was hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms were spotless and housekeeping came multiple times a day. We ate at all of the restaurants on site and loved...

Most people talk about the pristine nature of Bora Bora. This is a review about the service and amenities. We were treated like royalty, from the moment we stepped off the airplane until the time the staff waved goodbye as the water limo left the FS dock. Our room (223) was nothing short of amazing. From the gorgeously themed room...

We had high expectations for this hotel - particularly given it's location and price. The physical facility did not disappoint, it was simply spectacular. But the service was consistently mediocre, falling far short of our expectations of a Four Seasons or frankly any hotel at this price point. The made bold service promises then consistently under-delivered on them. Disappointing. The...

I should start by saying that I have stayed at many Four Seasons before. In fact on this holiday we stayed at both Four Seasons in LA as well as the one in Bora Bora. I posted a review on Trip Advisor during my stay in Bora Bora and highlighted a number of issues including the breakfast, coffee and gym...

From the moment you step off the plane and they whisk you away in the boat...to the breathtaking views...to the clearest ocean and most beautiful fish...to our amazing "hut" (with every amenity you could think of)...the hospitality of the staff...the amazing food (breakfast was my favorite!)...the list could go on. The Four Seasons staff was particularly accommodating on our last...

Fantastic hotel, a must visit in Bora Bora. Awesome service and very friendly and helpful staff. We had a beach facing OW bungalow, which was very spacious and well equipped. Wifi was way faster than anywhere else in French Polynesia. We tried the BBQ dinner which was excellent too.

We traveled here for our 12th anniversary. It is more beautiful in person than words can describe. The bungalows are spacious and well designed.
