We just returned home from the St. Regis this week and yes coffee and tea will be delivered every morning if you let your butler know what time you would like it. There are small bottles of Evian water delivered every evening at turn down, usually while your out to dinner. The pool boys do bring glasses of ice water and occasionally bring out fruit depending on the time of day. If you have the breakfast buffet you can ask your server for a to-go box and they will cheerfully provide one so you can grab some fruit, cheese, bread etc to put in your fridge for later. Also they often had complimentary make your own bloody Mary's or mimosas at breakfast which they offered to go also. Be sure to get an iced coffee or tea before you leave breakfast to bring to the pool. If you ordered water at the pool specify a glass or they'll bring a bottle and charge $10-$15!
