Sa Pa is experiencing a heartbreaking amount of devastating development at the moment, so accessing this little hotel was difficult (and a tad frightening at times), just due to roads blocked by construction and parked cars. Cars can't actually access the street directly in front of the hotel, so be prepared to walk with your luggage (distance will be determined...

Stayed as a single traveler and felt quite at home. The hotel is really an extension of a family home with international guests, complete with the happy noise of kids playing. The room was spacious enough for me, the bathroom small but tidy. The lobby was warm and welcoming coming in out of the fog, a fire burning through the...

We had a wonderful stay at the Thai Binh hotel over Christmas! We took the night train from Hanoi and arrived around 8am and we're able to check in right away. The room was very spacious, had a nice bathroom, very clean and had everything you need- heater, warm blankets, kettle. Delicious breakfast was including as well. Great staff that...

We loved this hotel so much it was spotless. The staff were so welcoming, werm and friendly. We really enjoyed breakfast, it was delicious, and it was convinience to hire scooters through them. There aren't mountain views - but we saw those on our walk. The staff and cleanliness is worth sacrificing a window view! 100 highly recommend!!!

More than a hotel it looks like a rural house with a family which is living there. They're very kind and make you feel at home. The staff can't speak english but it's easy to find the boss there who speaks properly and who's always glad to help. Other points to consider: good location, quiet, normal price, clean, nice breakfast.

This is a wonderful place owned by two teachers. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel is in the center of things so close to everything. Really enjoyed my time here and the English btw is very good

For our first visit to Sa Pa we chose the Thai Binh hotel and couldn't have made a better choice. This is a small family run hotel in a great central location away from the current construction noises in Sa Pa. Nam is a lovely relaxed host who speaks perfect English and was very helpful in all aspects of our...

This is well located family run accommodation. Unfortunately I had to reschedule our holiday due to family illness and this proved no problem to Nam who happily negotiated our new itinerary. Van's English is excellent. Nam is responsive and efficient. I happily have him free reign to organize our tours and transit and I wasn't disappointed. To top it off...

Pros: The coffee included in the breakfast is presentable and among the better tasting ones in Sapa. One of the male staff is very helpful and informative with regards to places or attractions in Sapa. Cons: Housekeeping only done in the afternoon and not in the morning due to shortage of staff. Remote control for TV was a little faulty....

I stayed here for 2nights with my family. The hotel has a great location, under Ham Rong mt, away from the busy streets. But it's only one good thing about this hotel. The owner speaks English well but hard to meet, also not friendly at all. The couple only like to make money to contact with travel /taxi agency. The...
