If you're looking for a *** hotel go somewhere else. It's a small budget hotel to stay one or more night. Mats are tough, property is ok, boiling machine is provided. You may need noise cancelling ear plugs, the road is a bit noisy. Temperature was ok in October, no need of blanket.

We stayed two night in these hotel. It was freezing and there was not hot water in the shower and heating. However, they put us an electric blanket that saved us! The service was not very good but someone told us that they had another hotel close that very good service and conditions.

The location of The hotel was good, as well as te staff. But, everyday that we ate there we had stomach problems. The "matress" was awful, the room old, and The bathroom was The worst. The pictures from The room were photoshoped. The wifi worked well as The hot water.

Well, this place has definitely seen better days and those are behind it. Pretty old and worn out building. Having said that, the nice pregnant lady that essentially didn't speak any english, offered us a huge room with a balcony facing the street for 10$. The room was not in the best shape, but it was clean, the bed ok,...

We stayed only for 1 night and it suited all our requirements. They organized a moped for us and we went to fanispan with the cable car which was amazing and toured the ethnic villages. Room was huge with a comfy bed and good fan. Duck the owner spoke great English and was very helpful. Yes the rest of the...

We stay here two nights for 22 dollars only. It is a good price (given the fact that the time we visit Sapa is not peak time, the price is still lower than other hotels). The room is quite small, but nice, cosy and clean, and equipped with all things we need.

We paid 35USD for a humid, freezing double room. Most of the staff dont speak english ao the communication is complicated. Beds are hard, like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast has only Vietnamese option. We couldnt choose another hotel because of the Tet high season, but i would never recommend this hotel at our price.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and it has been lovely. The beds are spacious (a little hard but that is to be expected in Vietnam), there is hot water and good wifi. There is even a kettle and hair dryer if you need it! The man at the counter does not speak much English but we were told...

We stayed in both Sapa Cozy 1 and 2. The prices were great ($10 USD for a couple), with electric blanket and kettle. Our room in Sapa Cozy 1 had a balcony with a view over the street and we loved it, though the very friendly staff seemed more likely to forget those over our side of the street (as...

We enjoyed our stay at Sapa Cozy Hotel, especially the super comfy beds and tea delivered to the room. We like pretty much everyone else were upgraded to a private room on arrival. It's a little away from the tourist centre, which I personally preferred and as its such a small town really doesn't make any difference.
