Great location a short walk from the town centre and it's many more affordable restaurants. Very good breakfast with lots of choice, and very comfortable warm room. The latter was a blessing as it was cold and wet the 3 nights we spent here. Not as good as the Victoria in Can Tho which we loved. Couldn't understand the pricing:...

We stayed here for two nights and it was bliss. Tucked up in the mountains, this hotel boasts calmness, friendliness and style. We had massages and I can honestly say.. it was the BEST massage I have ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I recently stayed at the Victoria Sapa hotel with a family of four. From the moment of arrival it was a disaster, not being able to check into the hotel until very late and the hot water repeatedly not working meant that this overpriced hotel accommodation, tours and service was very poor. Our children had to go to bed without...

I have stayed here twice. It is very nice. The area has become very touristy, but is worth visiting. There are newer hotels being built, this was the original luxury hotel in the area. The front desk service seemed to be lacking a bit, it's a small country town where there probably needs to be a great deal of training...

I stayed here for 4 days, in the first 2 days the weather was not so good, so we just stayed in the hotel, but it was pleasant. The staff was so nice and helpful. The restaurant served quite good food and I love the breakfast, worth the money. So recommend if you come to Sapa and want a good...

What an adventure... we went on the overnight Victoria express train up to Sapa. The service on the train was fantastic. My husband and 2 kids shared a cabin and it was really cosy. Everything we needed. The train was quite shakey and jolty however the kids had a ball. The hotel is gorgeous. Upon arrival my youngest daughter fainted...

I stayed with a friend for 3N at the Resort. Arrival was well coordinated - thanks to the efficient reception/ bellboy team. Overall stay was very pleasant and it was a good base to use for our various walks into the hills and valleys. Wifi was a little weak in the rooms though. We tried the spa and chief therapist...

I had a very lovely stay at the Victoria Sapa. I took the overnight train from Hanoi and went back by the hotel's coach, and both were convenient and clean. The hotel itself was nice and cozy, and the staff were all very professional and helpful. The hotel location is great and it's easy to walk around Sapa town. Good...

We arrived off the overnight train at 6am so our room wasnt ready. We were offered the spa to take a shower which we did. When we got back to reception they had our room ready for us which was awesome. The room had a patio out to the central garden. Done in a wooden style the rooms are quite...

There is a famous restaurant there in the hotel, worth to try. Shuttle bus is available from the hotel to the Lao Cai train station, it is about USD20 per head. There was 2 pairs of slippers available in the room, but I didn't use them because they looked dirty.
