Some of the previous reviews tell shocking stories and mine is a little better. We stayed here for 3 nights early October and our room was clean and large. 2 adjacent rooms were being decorated while we were there. The biggest problem is that 90 % the staff do not speak English and to try and make yourself understood is... More

We went with a tour company, so I'm unsure how the hotel matches up with the value because it was a package deal. The room was fine, but the toilet didn't work well. The staff was friendly, but the breakfast buffet was sorely lacking, and there was a ton of construction noise outside.

Wonderful secenery in your room, very comfortable, and small terrace. I want to introduce this hotel. Sapa is a very small village now, so you don't care about that this hotel is in the outskirts of Sapa.

I couldn't say I don't like the hotel but the construction going on near by us irritating, it started like 7am to 10pm. The 1st morning we visited the restaurant around 8:30am, trying to have our FREE buffet breakfast. It was all empty, and they had us order only one 'selective' dish from the menu. The 2nd morning, we when... More

This was booked through our hotel in Hanoi and the pictures looked good and the location was handy. Sure we had a great view through the windows not taped up with cardboard and the food was reasonable in a high turnover canteen style of way but that was where it ended. The bathroom had a major leak from which pipe... More

Although Sapa is a lovely place, the hotel was not upto the standard. The rooms were very cold, the blankets were covered with moisture as if they have not been used for months! Not much choice for breakfast and service is slow. I think there are other better hotels available there.

The view from our room over terraced hills was spectacular. Large, comfortable and well equipped (even an electric blanket for the chilly nights). The hotel is a short walk to the centre of town past great cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful. Highly recommend the 8km walk through some local villages via... More

This little hotel was terribly cold. Not only is there no heating in the rooms, there is no area where you can go to warm up. The only place that is warm is in bed, thanks to electric blankets. A heater can be provided on request but it did little to warm up the room. We had an early check-in... More

Who ever said this was lovely must have low standards. I'll start with the positive. The hotel does indeed have spectacular views. That's it. The first room we had was on the top floor (5th), keep in mind this hotel has no elevator. There is staff who can move your luggage for you, but 5 flights really starts to add... More

We stay in this hotel for one night, and it was a good night. An amazing view from the balcony !! The staff is nice and friendly. A little bit disappointed by the breakfast but it's ok. Good place to stay in Sapa.
