This hotel doesn't offer a lot. Just the location and the friendly staff are ok. Everything else is in a really bad shape. We couldn't close our room so we had to lock it every time we were in it. The loudness was very high all the time. The door of our bathroom squeaked so loud you could hear it...

The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. We were able to have late check out so that we could shower after our trek before catching a sleeper train back to Hanoi. However this hotel was not what we were expecting, we chose Casablanca as it was recommended in our lonely planet guide for the great views. Photos on trip...

As we travel a lot, we have stayed in different hotels around the world. Some good some bad, but we have to put this one on the bottom. Hotel is really run down with no maintenance. No heating or cooling. Room was freezing. Gaps in balcony door and windows were so big I could put my fingers between panels. Smell...

I spent about 5 days here. I found that the staff was really helpful! He recommended where we could get dependable motorcycles, gave us suggestions on where to go and when we did a trip on our motorbikes ( which meant we would be gone for a couple of days), he let us leave our language there without paying:) When...

Stayed here recently for 2 nights. Overall found the hosts unhelpful and the accommodation lacking. Good points: - Struggling here! The keys have a stuffed toy cat attached....errm.... Bad points: - Shower terrible. Either scalding or freezing. - Gaps between window frames let in the cold air. Ended up taping them up to stop the draft. - Water on the...

Two years ago, June 2013, I went to Casablanca Hotel. First of all, it was available to us at a very reasonable price, especially for the amazing room and view we got. We had a balcony which overlooked the beautiful rice paddy hills. The best part, though, was the staff. You have to remember, when reading negative reviews is that...

I've been traveling quite a bit & this is the worst hotel ever. Nearly got burn taking shower, water pressure is small, only 2 towel for shower & that's it. Hot & cold water reverse. floor mat smells like dead rat. Bed sheet dusty. Zero service from owner or staff (if you can find one). Free noise & house flies...

Worst room so far in Sapa. No view as was blocked by the new Amazing Hotel. Room No air-con, smell like a oldest room, bed sheet not really clean. Hot water can kill someone, so got to be careful. Lousy hotel. Room got to lock coz next door neighbour can just walk here.. but stuffy if we close as there...

Me and my wife came from noisy Hanoi to relax. We found this "hotel" at booking com, the pictures were very nice and we had a feeling that it's a very nice and calm place. Interior also was very nice and cozy. But it was ONLY on pictures. In reality everything is in terrible condition. Pictures are outdated. Dining room...
