I'm so happy I got to try out a capsule hotel, and Sapa Capsule Hotel was great! The staff were kind, tea on arrival to reception like almost every time returned. Great location, near town, but up the hill for spectacular views from the outside area of downstairs, your capsule rooms and the rooftop. Incredibly clean, nice communal bathrooms (except they are unisex). Staff are helpful when you have questions and nice breakfasts are available. If I return to Sapa, I wouldn't go anywhere else and I have already recommended this place to my friends.

Very friendly staff, accommodating. The location is very near to The Central town. Good location and perfect view of the mountains from the hotel. Above all, cleanliness makes this one of the best hostels I’ve been as a traveller!

I travelled to Sapa in November and had a great time seeing the hills and meeting the local people. The visit was made even better by staying at Sapa Capsule Hotel. It is very central to Sapa, is very clean and has great staff. Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist. When I arrived I was asked what I would like to do in Sapa and given advice on how to make the most of my time. I was also given a list of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. I mentioned in passing my bus driver (who does door to door pickup/drop off) had trouble finding the address. The receptionist made a point of calling the bus company to make sure they didn't get lost when picking me up. They also make a pretty mean coffee! J

I stayed at Sapa Capsule Hotel for 2 nights and 3 entire days. The staffs were super nice and ready to answer your questions, as though there may be some difficulties getting across what you want to say. The capsule space was nice and cozy, and for warmth, you can get the heating pad turned on and stay warm through cold nights. It’s definitely affordable if you plan to spend more than a few nights in Sapa! I was a little bit sad to not see the view from the hotel because of fog, but I would definitely come to this one if I were to come to Sapa in the future. Thank you!
