This hotel is in the best street of Sapa (according to us) and has a nice view. The reception was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. We booked a three-day hiking tour with this hotel, which only costed $60 dollars, even though everything was arranged perfectly. This hiking tour was one of our best experiences: beautiful rice fields, impressive...

The room was dirty, the bed also dirty with blood mark on it. The charge is high 17$, but when I checked out, the owner over charge 7$, she said because check out time after 10 AM. I said I don't know and she said that's the regulations. Finally she overcharged me 5$. With 5$ I can rent a dorm...

Stayed here two nights and would definitely recommend this place if you are on a budget. It's the cheapest I could find and everything was decent and good. The room was clean, the staff were really nice and smiled a lot. I stayed on the 5th floor so not too much noise from the street. Even had my laundry done,...

We were looking for a hotel at 8 in the morning all exhausted after taken the night train from Hanoi. We were approached and offered accomodation in the queen hotel for $10 double room. it is true that the room needs refurbishment but it was worth it for the price paid. Had a couple of meals there and food was...

We stepped out of the sleeperbus from Hanoi and decided to stay here after a guy from the busstation told us about Sapa Queen Hotel. We negotiated a private room for 200.000 VND per night and he brought us for free to his place. The hotel has several floors and everything is really old and damaged. Bedsheet with cigarette holes,...

Stay away from that place. The guy who picked us up at the bus station was lying the whole time. There was no free room as promised, so the let us wait for hours. First they said 7, then it was 8, then 9 and at 9:30 we just left the hotel. The rooms are not good at all, please...

My friend and I stayed at Sapa Queen Hotel and shared a double bed room. The beds were fine and the overall look of the room was fine. The bathroom did not have hot water as advertised and the television did not work (also not as advertised). We booked a tour through the hotel and the owner majorly fudged the...

Stayed here one night. You get what you pay for, 10usd private room. There's piping hot water, clean sheets, comfy bed and central location. Room itself very dingy in need of repair, doors and windows all in bad state. Restaurant lobby area is very unfriendly and uninviting and the Mother is harsh. Didn't feel like they care about their business....

For my taste there was too much time between the end of the tour activities and the time when the bus left to Lao Cai, so I used the special price at Queen Hotel to find somewhere to accommodate me for those long hours. This is December with cold foggy weather. I room is bare bones without kettle for making...
