The perfect place to stay in Canggu. We received a warm welcome from Maha (sorry if this is the wrong spelling!) and her colleagues. We were greeted with Balinese coffee and a delicious breakfast on the roof. This location is much more peaceful and quiet than most in Canggu, yet still only a 5 minute walk from Berawa beach or busier parts. Our room with pool access was spacious, comfortable, clean and attractive, and came with 2 large bottles of filtered water (much needed in the heat). All the staff here are very kind and go out of their way to look after you. Food in the restaurant here is excellent (make sure to try the smoothie bowls!). Thank you, Sedasa Lodge! There was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. This was our first stay in Bali and we were treated better then if we stayed at a hotel in the United States. The workers were extremely friendly and assisted in coordinating all of our rides (including the airport) and experiences such as Nusa Penida. Our room was cleaned daily and when asked for an extended checkout due to a friend that was sick they were more then happy to accommodate. Lastly, the location was perfect. Walkable area for shops, restaurant and the beach. Overall I would definitely suggest staying here.

It was a wonderful experience! Room is big and spacious, the air conditioning was strong and made a perfect climate in our room. The bed was huge and soft, and it was renewed everyday! And all the towels too. And wifi worked perfectly, 70 megabytes per second. You also will have a nice restaurant right in the hotel: it opens at 8 am and works till the evening, we used to have lunch there and order coffee and smoothies in our room. It wasn’t expensive and it was really tasty, especially pumpkin smoothie and local coffee. The stuff is also very nice: you can talk to them anytime and they will solve any issue. The location is also great: a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby (you can just walk), also the beach and Finns club just 10 minutes away by walk. Highly recommended (I booked a month in this hotel!)

We liked Sedasa Lodge right from the start: the stone and wood furnishings, the pool, the cosy roof terrace with its many plants and the spacious, very clean room won us over straight away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome and at home. You can easily walk to the beach in no time and there are also some very tasty cafés and orhers places nearby. We also really liked the Sedasa Café with its incredibly delicious food at fair prices. If you ask, you can also get the food in your room. All in all, this is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in so far. Also because it is pleasantly quiet and small, we liked it so much that we will come back in a few days for another stay. We can recommend Sedasa Lodge 100%.

The Sedasa staff will welcome you with a smile and make you feel comfortable throughout all your stay. Our room was clean at all times, the few times we had food food was decent. Also, the location is pretty good and the staff helped us out to rent motorbikes. I am really happy with our stay and I will highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Canggu for few days.

I have been staying at Sedasa for about a month - and cannot say enough good things about this place. It is strategically located in Canggu Berawa area, few minutes walking distance from the beach. The hotel is located in front of paddy fields and it has a large rooftop where you can enjoy the morning breeze with your coffee to start the day. They also have a restaurant which serves great food at affordable prices, perfect for those who are too lazy to go out after a long day at the beach. Best part is the staffs - which are like a family! Bli Ketut, Maha, Buda, Yoga, and the team are very warm and welcoming, they are very helpful in everything. It feels like home indeed!

I love staying at Sedasa Lodge, I feel so looked after by all the staff and think of them as very good friends now as well.
The room is very spacious and most importantly if you like a cold room to sleep in, the AC keeps it very cold (if you set it that way of course).
The upstairs terrace is great if you need a quiet place to work, sunbathe, or do yoga. It's also a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset over the ricefields.
Sedasa lodge is also very family-friendly, especially for longer stays. I also love that it is very community involved. The staff are always involved in helping out the community and the food from the restaurant at the lodge is all about farm to table and sustainability.

To start positively, the staff were nice enough, it is near the beach and the room was spacious, if showing signs now of wear and tear. This aside, there is building work taking place in all directions around the Lodge, and in the area more generally. Whilst the room is of a decent size, I did not like the placing of the aircon unit right over the bed. Uncomfortable. This aside, I would not recommend coming anywhere near this part of Bali, unless you are perhaps an 18 year old life coach involved in pyramid schemes, happy to contribute to insane traffic levels, and hang out in an open air cafe with construction noise as your background vibe.

The rooms are very nice... Staff is super nice and And as a bonus, their cafe is also one of the most delicious in Canggu! They are also very close to the beach so it is the perfect location to stay for a week, 6 months or a year. I highly recommend them!

There are so many things i love about Sedasa! This is my 3rd month in and honestly, i don't ever want to leave. :>
1. The Staff is amazing, they found out it was my birthday and made it super extra special for me. As a girl travelling solo, i was so well taken care of, and they're such lovely people to be around.
2. The rooms are spacious. There's a seperate daybed/table setup to work on, that's seperate from the bed.
3. The food. Absolutely DEEEELICIOUS authentic Balinese home-cooked food made with love.
4. Location. Can't beat the location, so so close to the beach and to all the amazing restaurants.
Truly one of the best accomodations i've stayed so far, and i've been visiting bali on and off for more than 10 years. Thanks so much sedasa! can i please stay here forever? :P

I don't think so. There were no interconnecting door in the room that I stayed in. But the rooms are all located nearby since it's a nice small and cozy hotel.
Very safe and comfortable. You will need to hire a bike if you want to explore but that goes the same for anywhere in Canggu unless staying right on the beach.
There are more places to choose from in the Canggu area.
