The room is not that big but cozy. The bed and linens are clean. I got the room with the pool access which was super nice and the pool was well maintained.
For drinking water, there is a dispenser by the reception area where you can do a refill anytime and as often as you like. But there was no bottle or jug in the room in which we can use to store the water so we had to buy a bottle of water from outside to reuse it for a refill once it's empty. It would be more convenient if the hotel provides a big glass bottle in the room for this purpose.
The hotel also doesn't use single plastic toiletries, they provided the hand wash and the 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel in glass containers attached to the wall.
Love the fact that the hotel is in central Canggu and just within short walking distance to some nice eateries and coffee shops. There is also a convenient store right across the hotel for essential needs.

I booked a single night here in Canggu from visiting other regions, being our first visit to the area.
Unknown what to expect. I must admit from having stayed at 5 star properties like Fairmont in San Fran and Sofitel etc I was not phased at the basic but yet comfortable standard of this hotel.
The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also clean. A few fading spots here and there but no biggie. The plus it has a fabulous rain shower head. Water had a good flow and warm.
The only fault is the air conditioner, we had to bring the temperature down to 18 degrees and it still struggled to cool down the room
We did not have any meals at the hotel as we wanted to try some of the local restaurants in the area.
Staff are super friendly, very humble and polite.
They organised transport to the airport for a fee
Overall for the price, location you cannot fault this hotel.
I will be sure to return back here on my next trip to Bali. Hopefully the airconditioning issue will be fixed by then :)

Looks so cozy and peaceful place. The roof top was amazing in point of sunset. The room was clean, comfort, and so relaxing. Even I can choose room with balcony or direct pool acces in lower ground. Free water refill available in each room corridor, which is very smart since there is no bottle water set up in the room. The breakfast was tasty, and of course the staff service was amazing. They effort to make everything in place eventhough in limitation of number, but 2 thumbs for the staff service.

The rooms are great but the aircon is not the best so I was sweating both nights. I booked a double room only to discover they pushed 2 single beds together and put a sheet over the top.
The location is perfect, lots of tv channels to escape the heat and the rooftop restaurant serves good food.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I found a very good deal via Traveloka, only IDR 82.000 for each night.
The hotel situated nicely close to the beach, restaurant, famous beach clubs, and easily accessible. Parking lot was available on the basement, very nice option for those who ride motorbike.
The room was not spacious, but okay for 2 persons. It's certainly has a character, I find many hotels are just meh, their room has no character, just the same like other hotels everywhere in the world, but not this hotel. Despite its cheap price, you'll get something different from this hotel.
The bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, plenty of spaces to put your stuff on the shelf. I believe most of the rooms had a pool view, only some don't.
There's nothing negative about this hotel, really. Usually, there's always something I complain about, but no, not this hotel. Definitely will stay in this place again in the future!

Bit sad when entering the room, considering us paying almost idr1mill per nite for almost a week stay. Linen n towels were old and darken. Room smelled damped. Seemed Frii started its biz since 2016? I guess It’s ‘bout time to refurbish hotel’s building/surroundings, wood works, room’s amenities specially the sheets, linens, towels etc ? Had to spray disenfectans prior sleeping on bed coz i was worry seeing the dark linens in our family room. 🥴. Anyho .. Frii’s location is perfect. walking distance to Batu Bolong, echo beach. Various cute cafes, resto n boutiques around the neighborhood. Hope to see better, cleaner Frii soon 😘

This hotel is promoting itself as a government certified hotel. Unfortunately this is not the case. When you apply for your mandatory entry E-HAC QR code, you will not find this hotel on the government list of certified hotels.
Their delayed response of ‘oh you can just work it out with immigration’ was hardly reassuring. Giving the impost on tourists to have multiple layers of approvals, you surely don’t want to have the stress at immigration. A bad joke at the tourist expense.
Good luck getting a refund, they have a ‘no refund’ cancellation policy. And don’t respond to messages.
Not a bad way to rip off the returning tourists.
Plenty of better hotels that are actually on the government certified list.

I understand between 10 - 23 March 2022 a lot of changes when entering Bali and very dynamic, our hotel is CHSE certified and to be listed on e-hac is a very time consuming cross government regulation but we can prove that our hotel since March 1, 2022 is a hotel officially approved by the Bali government. This hotel located near Echo Beach in Canggu area only walk around 6 minutes. The hotel provide free breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. Nice view from rooftop as you can see the sea. Across the hotel there is a convenient store where you can shop snack, drink etc. There are restaurants nearby also by walk. My room has a private balcony above the swimming pool. The room is pricey.

this hotel is great for many reasons; its location is very close to the beach, the pool area is pretty especially if you have a balcony from the second or third floor. The breakfast range is wide and tasty but my favourite thing about this hotel is the staff, in particular Sarah and Duya. Sarah is the sweetest woman I have ever met and the reason that I book to come back to this hotel in the space of a few weeks! She deserves so much recognition because I see her put so much effort into her work and she always give you a heartwarming welcome, make sure everything is comfortable for you and make you feel safe and at home. Duya is so kind and lovely and always made me smile. These women really make the place 10x better and I’m happy they were working when I stayed at this hotel. I would recommend this as a great place to stay to anyone.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and retail establishments. The breakfast buffet offers fantastic value. 5 minutes of walking
Thank you very much. I must say, I LOVED your hotel but the laundry service was quite expensive so I went elsewhere. May I suggest a kilo price?
Depends on traffic really.
When we arrived, it was around 1030hrs. Traffic was fair, took us about 30mins.
When we left however, we took a late flight. As it was around peak hours, leaving the hotel at around 1900hrs, took us almost an hour.
Ain’t that bad still.

😂 Its not a party place, I recommend kuta for you. You are funny. (btw I'm not the hotel but I wrote a rewiev about it)
I only stayed there one night when I had paid for 2 because the noise was so bad.
The rooms have no soundproofing at all so if you get noisy neighbours your stuffed.
Don't stay on the pool level or near to reception.
