We stayed for 2 nights during Nyepi and had a wonderful weekend getaway at Aston. The staff offered such a prompt and heartfelt service, even from the moment we booked the Nyepi package via whatsapp. Upon check in, we waited for 20 minutes while they preparingthe room and the check in process was simply fill the form via link. They also measured our temperature, sprayed our luggage with sanitizer and sanitizers can be found around the hotel area. The room was spacious and clean, we upgraded into deluxe with lagoon view (but most of the view was alang-alang roof from the nearby hotel), however we enjoyed it very much. We entitled daily buffet breakfast, as well as buffet lunch and dinner on the Nyepi day. Food selection was nice and tasty, considering the Nyepi package was such a good deal! We spent most of the day at rooftop pool and they had nice Margarita pizza. Overall, we delighted by their top-notch service during this pandemic. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel near the beach, close to great restaurants. We had a lagoon room, well worth the extra money able to sit outside dangle your feet in the lagoon and enjoy the greenery. Fantastic service and impressive food at the rooftop bar and restaurant. Cocktails are cheap 12-2 pm and 6-7 happy hrs and food is great. The sunset from the rooftop bar /pool in phenomenal. Go next door to Ji restaurant it is a 300 year old temple and the terrace restaurant is amazing. Visit Echo beach club between 6-7 order your favourite seafood and watch the sunset. Would definately stay here again. .

We have stayed at Aston Canggu for 2 nights. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the beach.
Must say that the crew is very professional, we had a lot of questions and they made sure we will know everything every time (even at night)! Everything was very clean, Bed was comfortable, AC was awesome. Pool was super clean and perfect location to see the sunsets, sometimes they have a DJ that playing that time. Also At the top of the hotel there’s a great Restaurant that cooks wonderful dishes. The Shower has great hot water, Room was big, and we had place to put the luggages.
The Hotel is really well designed. Lobby has a great style, very decorative and has a pool table! There is a gym and he is well equipped.

Very cute, clean hotel. Basic amenities though, if that. The room had only 2 large towels, and we had to ask housekeeping 3 times before we got more (and still didn't get the small towels we asked for). We paid to have our laundry done, and it was nice that it was available to us since we were traveling for a little while. Nice buffet on the roof that's included with breakfast. Good drinks at the pool. Very welcoming staff. Excellent location - a block and a half from the beach on one side and at the start of all the shopping and restaurants/cafes on the other.

I have not stayed at any Aston property before and was glad I did. The hotel is literally a minute wlak from the Canggu beach, straight on to where the surfers are waiting to cath their next wave!
The reception desk and overall all the crew working there were extremely committed to provide a good service.
The food at the top floor is tasty and very affordable. The view at the top floor is also great, you can go up two different levels to overlook the beach and the rest of the island. And, you are also high enough to have an great sunset!
The rooms are quite spacious and modern, with a kettle to make yourself a coffee or tea, as well as bottled water for your use.
Recommend this hotel if you want great service and upscale facilities.

The Aston has about as great of a location as possible but the positives stop there. The rooms are average at best, very outdated. The first night, we were put in a room that had 2 twin beds pushed together and were extremely hard and uncomfortable. With that and a very funky smell in the room we asked to be moved to another room. The staff was very nice about it and moved us.
Room #2- bed was much better but the shower was broken, remote to the tv did not work, and the wifi was pretty much useless. We put up with this for the next 3 nights but I will say the staff really did try and help accommodate as much as possible.
Overall- the place is very outdated, breakfast buffet could be upgraded but the staff and location of the hotel made it a decent stay.

This was our first stay at the Aston Resort and will stay again. First time in Canguu as usually stay in Legian, Seminyak or Kuta and won't be our last time in Canggu absolutely loved the chilled out vibe and very relaxing. We stayed in front rooms as we are smokers and only rooms. Was worried about the noise from street front but didn't bother us at all slept well for our stay. Very close to the Beach and amazing bar opposite Aston call Fishbone Owned by a young man from Perth. Beautiful bar and food amazing and great outdoor area out the back. The staff at the Aston are amazing couldn't fault one person always there asking you if they can help you with anything or would you like a drink. The rooftop pool and bar is fantastic a great view with fireworks on the beach The food was so good and excellent prices compared to others resorts I have stayed in Thank you all at the Aston for our amazing stay at your Resort

I am such a nervous traveller and clean freak as well. So you could imagine how nervous I was about what my accommodation will be like. I was welcomed with a drink. Already I was noticing that the glass was so clean, unlike what you would except. The service was so good - both check in and check out. These guys are so honest, that at check out, they ask you to wait so they can check if you’ve left something behind in the room. You’re greeted with smiles and bows by all the staff. Location was beyond ideal. My friend was staying at a hotel in ubud and she actually switched to my hotel once she saw what was around. One thing that is in all the other reviews as well - the noise at night time. Bring ear buds. It didn’t bother me in the slightest. I’m happy to know I’m staying at quite a central and buzzing area. Canggu is very safe as well. Very much your chill tourist surfer vibe. I would highly recommend.

The best feature of this hotel is the location, less than 150m from the beach. That means if you get the beach view room on 4th or 5th floor or if you hangout on the rooftop pool / restaurant / bar, you'll experience 5-star view of the landscape. Being so close to the beach, you'll find no reason for not sitting on the beach during every sunset.
Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent water pressure for shower. WiFi was reliable except for the couple of hours when it seemed to be struggling. Wooden flooring adds to the luxury effect. Otherwise, the decor is what you would expect from a 4-star offering.
During the pandemic, breakfast buffet lacks its excitement (fewer selection, options running out towards the last hour, staff capacity was stretched to meet COVID safety requirements while taking care of guests). But you do breakfast buffet not for the food here; it's the opportunity to sit on the rooftop and to enjoy the glorious morning.

Offer all is good, room is so big for 4 stars and the interior is looks modern, breakfast also nice they have a lot of the menu for the buffet style. The pool is ocean view and very near to the restaurant so easy to order something. when we order the floating breakfast it’s very taking our time, but we are still recommend the floating breakfast because it’s very nice 🥰🥳
