Theanna was so wonderful we can’t say enough good things. The villa was stunning, private, spacious and clean. The grounds are lush and beautiful, you really feel like you’re in paradise. The staff was friendly, helpful and made our trip so easy and relaxing. We also had the best massages of our lives - pro tip book one after your long flight, you won’t regret it. The shuttle gets you around to the hotspots and it was easy to get to places as it was very central. Putri was helping us out the whole time and she was the absolute best! We can’t wait to come back!

I discovered the Theanna hotel and spa 2022 when I was looking for a lovely pool area to spend the day at. The team is very accommodating and endeavoured to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The place is a dream. I love coming here anytime to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu.

This property is stunning. It is set back from the main road and surprisingly is very quiet. Shops, eateries, telcos, ATMs, foreign exchange outlets are all close. Guests can utilise the free shuttle service that heads further into Canguu & the beach end. The villas are very private and provide all of the comforts needed for a wonderful stay. There is an on-site open restaurant, Ketela Eatery. The staff are amazing & the food world class. They offer romantic dining experiences, Barbecue with a personal chef and musician and Balinese cooking classes. We enjoyed all three experiences and felt quite spoilt. The hospitality & service of all staff was exceptional. We highly recommend to all travellers from couples to those with families or travelling for business.

My Partner and I had the most wonderful experience at Theanna Villas, we were greeted at the airport by a lovely man who worked at Theanna and taken straight to the village. I was extremely hungry after our flight and he offered to stop somewhere for me to have something to eat. once we arrived at the villas we checked in and were taken to our stunning room, where we were greeted with a spectacular oasis of a undercover deck/ kitchen area followed by an outdoor pool that was accessible to the bathroom and a gorgeous bed with mosquito nets. This was one romantic getaway, our villa was perfectly spacious. Customer service was 150/100 every morning we would go for breakfast they staff knew our names, remembered happy hour if we didn't decide to get our free drink one day they would remind us for the next day. The Staff were also very amazing and adapted the menu for me as I had Gluten intolerance, I was so thankful as I didn't want to be sick during the trip with accidental glutening. We did the welcome to Bali couple spa experience, this was romantic and relaxing. We would spend most of time in the Villa when we were out and about exploring and would spend evening by the main pool enjoying the infinity pool with a nice evening breeze and drink in hand. We were very sad to leave and am looking forward to coming back again. …

We loved our stay at Theanna. Our villa was a sanctuary and we loved having a private pool as both days and evenings were very hot. The drinking water stations and shuttle service were also greatly appreciated. By far the best though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. A very special shout-out goes to Putri and Sinta in the restaurant and Dyka at reception who all went out of their way to make us so welcome and comfortable. Thank you to you all for making our stay so special. We were sad to leave and hope to see you all again.

Beautiful villas in a great location in Canggu. The villas are set well back from the main road meaning you get no noise from the busy street. Within immediate vicinity are a couple of really good authentic restaurants, black sand brewery, some cafes for great coffee and several convenience stores. It’s an enjoyable stroll down to Canggu beach, with plenty of spots you can stop for a drink along the way. Theanna offer a shuttle service, either scheduled or on demand. The villas and pools are beautiful and the restaurant serve high quality dishes (get the Tek Tek for breakfast!), but the stars of the show are without a doubt the staff. No request is ever an issue and they go well above and beyond to make your stay memorable. When we left after 6 nights it felt like we were leaving family, I’d have no hesitation in booking Theanna again…

Whilst the decor of the resort is nothing to write home about, Theanna delivers in terms of a well designed space. Not only is each bedroom spacious, the bathroom provides ample towel & clothes rails, and shelves. The wardrobe and dressing table are partitioned from the bedroom and awash with natural light during the day, a bright idea (pun intended). Ample drinking water is provided free as several water dispensers are located throughout the resort. Breakfast is good but the only drawback is the coffee and tea are served from a pot at the buffet table. Better coffee like cappuccino comes with extra charge. The restaurant staff are helpful and cheerful. The reception area could do with better lighting as it was quite dim at night. Theanna is a calm oasis to return to after the maddening Canggu traffic.…

We loved our stay here. The villa felt like home to us and was a sanctuary to return to each day. Location is just off the main road so a short walk to shops cafes and bars. The staff really made it though and we will miss them all, especially Putri!

Really nice and relaxing and super friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and the spa is so good and serene! The restaurant area is really good as well; tons of great food and delicious drinks. Would definitely recommend to go here, I’ll be back for sure :)
