Our experiences at St. Theresa's have been outstanding! The owners are extremely hospitable and knowledgeable and they will do everything possible to ensure your trip to Alaska is everything you've imagined. The facilities are awesome for groups of any size. The cabins are clean & completely stocked with everything you need. The grounds are perfectly maintained and serene, they even... More

The lake is pretty but there is no fish in it. We wanted to fish and not have to drive back to town again. There was no breakfast on the morning we were there. There was no campfire at the group pit. There is a hiking trail which we did use. The owners were friendly and the showers worked.

This was our third visit to St. Theresas Resort. I stayed there with 4 friends for a week-long fishing adventure. Steve and Mary are outstanding hosts, and went out of their way to make our trip a success. At my suggestion one night, Mary put on a tremendous feast for everyone in the camp, including Salmon, Halibut, several outstanding salads,... More

Mary and Steve run an excellent operation that makes you feel right at home from the start! They want you to have a great time and it shows in how they care for the property, the accommodations they provide, and the sincere, down-home, "you're part of the family" hospitality that they treat you with. If you're there to fish, Steve... More

Have you ever been to a campground where the price includes full hook-ups, free access to shower house (with towels), and one of the nicest fish cleaning stations I've ever used. These are some of the simple but awesome perks Steve and Mary offer at there resort. We recently stayed there for a 2 day fishing trip and it was... More

This is my first time in Alaska, I found this gem of a place on line. The resort is beautiful with many different cabins. We had the trapper cabin and it was awesome. The cabin was very clean and had all the comforts of home. They also have canoes that you can use for the lake The lake view is... More

A beautiful venue landscaped wonderfully. The owners however, particularly the female one, were devastatingly overbearing and intrusive. I was present for a wedding and she obsessively spied on us the whole night and repeatedly disrupted the reception over trivial, selfish concerns because we weren't behaving according to her ludicrous standards. Though we are adults and kindly followed the contract, she... More

Although we were less than five minutes from Soldatna, it felt like we were in the woods. Beautiful lakeside cabins had a rustic personality and yet provided all the amenities we needed. The setting was perfect, cabins were comfortable, and the owners were welcoming and very accommodating, Prices were very reasonable. Very family or friends orientated--we plan to stay there... More

What a wonderful place, we had a very clean cabin with a large, open room, kitchen area, 6 beds, on-demand hot water & an awesome view. The people running the lodge were helpful & courteous, the price was way cheaper than we expected. There are canoes & life jackets for guest use in the adjacent lake. It was a great... More
