A collection of several properties steps apart, I stayed in the traditional styled New York Hotel during the very quiet off season. There are only about 8 or 10 rooms in this building. 5-stars for the location, right on the storied creek, walking distance to everything downtown-Ketchikan. The location rating applies to all the different properties. Lots of easy free...

All of the rooms are, I believe, unique so this only applies to my experience. My room was a "suite" or one bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the small boat harbor. Though you had to navigate a narrow, dark passageway to get to the entrance, I felt safe. The hosts took good care...

I stayed three nights in the Star Room as park of the Inn at Creek Street. It's in a separate building.I was right above Ray Troll's gallery. The pink building shares space with a few other places. But the noise wasn't a problem. Great place. It was less than a block to walk to the funicular that takes you up...

Jose was very friendly and accommodating. The suite was large and comfortable with all amenities needed! Right on the creek so seeing wildlife was a daily occurrence. Very pleased with our stay, along with everything else.

Jose was extremely nice and accommodating. Anything that was needed was provided. Hotel staff were great and full of information. The town is very old style and was nice to be reminded of small towns and the peoples values.

I just loved this hotel. The staff was always very nice and if I needed to go somewhere they gave me a ride. They went far above any other hotel I have stayed at. I would recommend this place to everyone. They made you feel like one of the family. The location was in a great place. Could walk to...

Was a great room, great view over the creek, super-clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more! Jose was very accommodating, met me in the parking lot and showed me to my room. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed in the Star Room for two nights and three days in November. My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay. The staff was more than happy to help with anything we needed. From the start, they picked us up and shuttled us around town wherever we needed to go. They were friendly and so helpful! Staff seemed...

At first glance the hotel was very unique and quaint but almost immediately things went downhill. Parking is always an issue because this hotel is located on the main street in Ketchikan. 2 hour parking on the hotel side of the street and unlimited parking on the side facing the harbor. This is all well and good but the city...
