We booked rooms in this hotel for the first and last nights of a four-guys fishing trip. The reservation confirmation showed two people. When we called to check, they said don't worry they know there are four coming. When we arrived, they changed our room...More
I would give this review a -10 rating if I could. We recently stayed at Juneau's Frontier Suites. From the beginning, customer service was poor. Walked up to the desk to check in and staff was in a conversation. I waited until someone looked up...More
As far as Alaska hotels go, this one was ok. Housekeeping service is not provided every day but place is clean, reasonably quiet and close to the ferry. They provided a shuttle upon request. Kitchen was adequate. I'd stay there again.

We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10, 14 and 17. The page says the room sleeps 6. Where do they sleep? All I see is one queen bed. Thanks!

I'm not sure what room it is that you are looking at. We do have a room that comfortably sleeps 5. This room is called our 'Queen Bunk Suite." This room has a queen bed in a separate bedroom, a pull out queen sized bed in... More
I'm not sure what room it is that you are looking at. We do have a room that comfortably sleeps 5. This room is called our 'Queen Bunk Suite." This room has a queen bed in a separate bedroom, a pull out queen sized bed in the couch, and a lofted twin bed. The "Queen Bunk Suite" is our larger room option. I hope this answers your question. If not were always available! Thank you!
