The staff was awesome - arranged for a cab and made our breakfast-to-go without us even needing to ask. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. Typical of Alaska, the cable service was slow, but we didn't expect anything different. The walls were thin, which we didn't notice until the next-door guest was home. We loved...

I love the Silverbow! I love they remember my name when I call and when I check in. I stay here when I am in Juneau on business (often). I have my favorite room and they always try to accommodate me. The beds are so comfortable with high thread count sheets; there are lots of pillows and just over all...

The Silverbow is the best place for me when I travel to Juneau, which is quite a lot. I am there enough to know that the other hotels are far more expensive and not worth it. This last trip, it was more than $100 per night less than anywhere in town. If you want a Hilton experience, don't stay there....

really enjoyed our stay in this quirky juneau hotel. we had the entire place to ourselves, so the hot-tub was very nice and private. the food at the bakery was fantastic, the staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent. the room was really small, but that's okay, and i think if it were in full season, the walls...

The silverbow is a really quaint hotel in Juneau. The rooms are really comfortable; staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent! I was there in November (off-season), so can't comment on noise levels.

OK - I was honestly expecting more from this hotel given the past reviews and the price (though I understand we were there during high-season). The rooms and hallways are a bit old and dated, and not in a super-charming way. There is quite a lot of street noise we heard from our room even with the windows closed. However,...

The Silverbow is a nice place, but it's very, very expensive (even for Alaska) and it's not that great. My mother and I stayed there for two nights - one night flying into Alaska and then just before we left. The first night we arrived late - I was flying in from Europe and exhausted. My mother is older. The...

The Silverbow Inn is the place I stay when traveling to Juneau for business trips. It creates a home away from home and an opportunity to meet interesting people (travelers and locals) at the wine tastings and breakfast table. I like the quirkyness of the place, the staff, and great food. Summer or Winter - its the place I stay...

Juneau was our favorite city in Alaska and staying at the Silverbow Inn added to our positive experience. The location of the Silverbow Inn is perrfect, walking distance to most everything in town. The Silverbow has a homey feel to it. It is a comfortable place to stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions,...
