My husband has always wanted to stay in a yurt and when we found this little gem in Homer we just had to take the opportunity. The roundhouse is unique in its construction but has all the comforts of home. We had a view of Katchemak Bay, some privacy after staying in a variety of B&B's, RV's etc, the option...

We stayed here in Sept 2015 and it was me and three girlfriends on a girls trip through Alaska. We all fit comfortable in the roundhouse (two people shared a bed, and two of us shared the loft - there was also the sofa downstairs in case we didn't want to share beds). It was walking distance to the downtown...

The yurt was a great experience. It was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was planned with tub/shower and lots of hot water, the living-dining area was spacious, and the bedroom was private. We didn't need to use the loft, but it would be a good place to slip off...

My parents loved their time at the Roundhouse. They were in Homer visiting their newest grandchild. The location is perfect for people who like to walk--to the beach, the bakery, main drag in town. The view is lovely and it was quiet. And it was very comfortable--a place my family could come so that grandma and grandpa could cook us...

We stayed at the Homer Roundhouse for 3 nights last August and really enjoyed it. It was very clean and quiet and private. Great to have a full kitchen and to experience a Yurt for the first time, but it was essentially a real house. We had our 5 and 7 year old boys with us and they loved the...

My wife and I stayed two nights while visiting Homer and doing some halibut fishing. The Roadhouse is a yurt which is very unique. The yurt is very spacious and included everything you would need - kitchen, living room, large bathroom, etc. I would stay here again if we return to this part of Alaska. The location is close to...
