Gorgeous views, clean, affordable, efficient staff, flowers all over, great WiFi... What's not to like? 10 miles from Denali and all the hustle and bustle. If you can get a reservation here, snap it up. You won't find a better place for miles around.

This is a very characteristic place to stay at. Just a few miles from the Denali park entrance but without the confusion of the big hotels down there. You wake up in the morning, open the door and you find yourself in the woods. Fantastic. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly. Really recommended.

Located just off the George Parks Highway, about 12 miles past the park entrance, the White Moose Lodge is a simple, economical place to stay for a three-day visit or more and if you have a vehicle. There are some good places to eat and buy supplies close by; anything else missing can be picked up at the Glitter Gulch...

This little hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip to Denali National Park. June is a busy time in the Denali area and hotel rooms are expensive and rooms go quickly. We booked a little late and I admit that the White Moose Lodge was not our first choice, but was the best I could find a few weeks...

After having some poor experiences in Alaska, I was happy to see the rooms at the White Moose Lodge. More of a motel, each room has a private bath with a closet area and sink outside the shower room. There is some counter space and we found a fan, coffee maker and floor heat (no AC) shampoo and plenty of...

Healy is right next to Denali so I wasn't looking for much more than a clean place to sleep. White Moose Lodge fits the bill. It isn't anything fancy. The fridge and microwave are shared but we had a coffee makers in our room. I still found ways to cook dinner. You can hear the highway some at night but...

We traveled in a large group of 6 families and needed a basic 2 night stopover at Denali. White Moose was perfect for the price we paid. At that time, it was the lowest priced accommodation in the area. Motel setting was serene and quiet. 2 grocery stores nearby supplied all our needs to make our own breakfast / sandwiches...

Trips in Alaska can be expensive, especially if you're trying to see a lot. After a spendy time in Anchorage and Seward, I wanted to show my parents Denali, but I was afraid it'd be another hefty bill. The White Moose Lodge was a pleasant surprise. Great, quiet location just north of the park entrance, very easy to drive seconds...

Second stay at the White Moose. Very friendly but they no longer offer the continental breakfast pastries in the morning. Not many places to eat in Healy at the end of the season either so choices are limited.

Basic but clean, stayed 3 nights. Very affordable compared to surrounding areas in Denali. Easy $3 one way shuttle into Denali from the nearby 49th Brewery, within walking distance. Shuttle runs several times a day and will take you into Denali. Everyone shares a refrigerator and microwave in the office. Walls were thin, heard a guy snoring one night, ha....
