Great service at the front desk, very helpful. All the staff is friendly. The location of the ski equipment rental and tram for the mountain is from within the hotel. No need to walk far. You can also take a drive around the resort area into the mountains and see to die for scenery. We will come back for a...

Overall, Hotel Alyeska is an excellent choice for tourists and Alaskans alike. The interior is clean and exudes that great "lodge-y but classy" feel. The staff are friendly and polite, and there are some great package deals available. That said, there are a few things that could use some attention. Check-in times: Considering the average cost per night, it would...

Excellent 5 star Motel. Very reasonable prices. Great skiing, although do not expect to ski the North Face trails. They are almost never open. All of the restaurants are very good and the grounds are well maintained.

We loved that hotel. We spent a few nights after visiting Seward. The room was large enough to accommodate a family of 5. Service was friendly and welcoming and we liked the convenience of the coffee shop in the morning. There is a lot to do at or near the resort. The gondola was a big hit with the kids....

Excellent Service and Resort. Snow was incredible but not a place for beginner skiers. Food was great and people were friendly and courteous.. We got a 100" of fresh snow during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and may consider the summer.

The convenience of the Resort to the slopes is great - you're able to ski from the 2nd floor in and out to the chair lift with ease, and you can store rental equipment right by the ski-out area. The workers on the slopes were very kind and helpful. That being said, for a 4 star hotel, the decor, especially...

Great skiing and hotel in a unique setting. The mountain offers a range of terrain and the best views in skiing. The hotel has good choices and an exceptionally friendly staff. Also, no-nonsense guests who are looking to avoid the classic ski-resort crowd.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed in a corner suite up in the trees. Great view of Turnagen Arm & sunset from the room. Hotel staff are really helpful both with advice & willingness to help with needs. Stayed for six nights & will return next time I'm in AK!
