The resort is wonderful in a beautiful setting. The time we was there visibility was limited as was daylight but we loved the view of the mountain from the room. Skiing was pretty wet and heavy but you can't control the weather. My guess is being coastal that is not uncommon. The ski shop was great and helpful. Probably some of the better rental gear we have ever used. Due to COVID some amenities like the hot tub were not available. We also didn't eat here but we heard the restaurants are good. The only negative that I find common with may upper scale hotels is the bed was not that great. Not bad but too soft and uneven.

Liked the hotel at first, then the lady at the front desk was with an attitude when I arrived. Everything is inside the hotel and that is amazing, the food is great but the rooms are not so nice, feels old like very old, also the rooms are missing some light. the skiing is amazing, but the lift is a caos... Long lines, slow and the tram is nice but it also takes a lot of time. We stayed two days and it was good to test the alaska snow and the town... The town is really small and there is almost nothing to do really.

We are Alaskan! Very disappointed with long lines, closed lifts, and poor quality lift service. Stayed at hotel and purchased day ski passes. Hotel fabulous, but lift operator/ line directors were condescending and inequitable when regulating flow of ski traffic. Lost hours of skiing from full day passes. Consider alternatives.

I had the best prenatal massage I've had and a top 5 massage ever. I get massages whenever I travel and for whatever reason I can justify abs Rue was fantastic! I’ll be back in the spring before baby! It’ll be well worth the drive!! Hotel is always great! But the light on the thermostat control panel is a problem. And it was a bit chilly in the rooms. But it was -10° outside.

I am here for work spending two nights . There are not many guests due to the present world situation but the place is just near the ski slopes , very quiet and has a wonderful pool. The only drawback is the air conditioning control panel which you can’t switch off and emits a very bright light.
