My husband and I stayed here for two nights in August. Highly recommend! The house and suites are beautiful, comfortable, and everything needed is provided by the gracious hosts. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day kayaking/hiking. When we return to beautiful Alaska, we will definitely stay here again!
My daughter and I stayed for two nights at this lovely place with Ron and Michelle in August and it couldn’t have been a nicer introduction to Alaska! The accommodations were beautiful and breakfast was the best we had while in Alaska! It was home away from home and then some!
I stayed at Hidden Creek Bed and Breakfast for five nights and had an incredible time. The home was built as a B&B so the three guest rooms/suites were quite private and beautifully appointed. As a solo female traveler, I stayed in the Wildflower room which was very comfortable. Breakfasts were always delicious and varied and I really enjoyed meeting and talking with the other guests and the owners, Ron and Michelle. Ron and Michelle had been in Girdwood over 20 years and had many good suggestions for hikes and tours as well as knowledge of the geography, wildlife, flora and fauna. They gave me bear spray and taught me how to use it although I only saw one bear running across the road while there. This is a great place to launch a vacation in Alaska's Kenai peninsula. I definitely plan to return!…
Michelle and Ron offered up a great experence with very clean and crisp rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly conversations. Would recommend this B&B to anyone looking to adventure in Alaska. The rooms were very comfortable and quite with all of the amenities possibly needed.
Our room and connected bathroom was impeccably clean, in part due to the 'no shoes in the house" policy, but also because the owner works hard to keep them clean. The morning breakfasts, with personalized menus were wonderful, and worth the visit. The stained glass window in the dining room is a beautiful piece of art. We stay at all manner of spots during our Alaskan visit, from cabins to chain hotels. We planned our Hidden Creek stay for the end of the trip in hopes that it would be the best, and push any of the other less inviting nights out of our memory. It fit that bill. I hope I can make it back in the near future.
