The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa has a great location and beautiful accommodations. The views are beautiful and it is possible to catch a great sunrise out on the side of the island with the overwater bungalows. (I don't believe the view of the sunrise from the overwater bungalows themselves would be as good as if you walked the scenic...

This is the best resort location on Atutaki for swimming in the turquoise water with sandy beaches rather than the coral that is around most of the island. The Beachfront Bungalow we stayed in was beautiful and the cheapest even though there is little difference between these and the more expensive ones other than the view. The view across the...

You could not ask for a more beautiful location if you are looking for that lost tropical resort of a bygone era- of Hawaii 50 years ago. The place is roomy, tropical, beautiful in just about every way. There are some issues, and some travelers apparently have experienced some unpleasant things. But our experience was, on the whole, very nice...

Myself and my daughter have just returned from a trip to this hotel. Beautiful location, very comfortable bungalows, but unfortunately the service is lacking. Reception staff friendly up to a point - information about cost of trips and activities and recommendations of places to see had to be painstakingly drawn from the staff. We were just presented with a brochure...

What is an amazing place. It look just like the brochure! We stayed in the over the water bungalows and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and because it was our honeymoon we got a nice bottle of wine and sarongs. Highly recommend its worth the money.

Someone stole me US 900 from the safe, I found it open, may be we left it open. I have realized when I left the the resort. Beside the service it is not 5 stars, housekeeping is at 2.30 or 3.30 pm. One day towels were left outside the room, the deck was never cleaned, the room floor not very...

Got here late at night.....the hotel was waiting for us......that was so nice. We got an overwater bungalow that was beautiful. Gorgeous woods. Walk down ladder to the lagoon to swim! Very nice to sit on veranda and watch the water. Really nice bathroom.....double sinks.....great smelling bath amenities. Nice little outdoor restaurant on the water. This hotel has the best location on Aitutaki, great free water activities. Sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding, fun! Expensive wifi, and terrible food. Breakfast average, the one night we ate in the restaurant the meat was so tough it was not edible. Ate away from the hotel after this experience. Tamanu hotel has great food.

Check in was painful with a very abrupt lady telling everyone the rules and taking her time about it - 20 mins. She then took us to our room where she thought she would read out loud our note from management to congratulate us on our marriage and wish us a pleasant honeymoon - this was on our bed!! The...

An amazing place !.... the water really is the colour shown on the posters & adverts. We had a lagoon facing bungalow & were blown away with the view & comfort. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. If you want to relax & laze.. this is the place. A trip on the Vaka lagoon cruise is an excellent...
