Pros... Aesthetic: beautiful, serene, zen. The sounds: ocean waves crashing gently against the reef just offshore mixed with tropical songbirds provide the perfect backdrop with which to drift off to sleep and to wake in the morning. Very peaceful. Cons... Air conditioning: does not keep up with the heat and humidity. This is the single biggest drawback to The Green...

We found Green Lodge by accident and were so glad we did! We came off of a Paul Gaugin Cruise of the islands and rushed back to Moorea when it was finished. We only had a couple minute of wifi, so I did a quick search. added some filters and voila! Green lodge it was! This was the perfect place...

An excellent place to spend a few days or even a week on beautiful Moorea, Green Lodge is perfect for all visitors looking for a small and friendly, but still luxurious place away from the big resorts. The setting is idyllic, in a lush tropical garden right on the beach - which here is more suited for relaxing rather than...

Very pleasant and well maintained small property with a wonderful and pristine beach. The owners, a professional and very welcoming couple made me feel at home. Food is fresh and tasty. The lagoon is nearby (10 min by bike), also places to eat out are not far. The bungalows are nice&clean with everything you need and a comfy bed. I...

Welcoming hosts. Enjoyed the included breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool. Be aware that the seaview room is around the back of the the property with a sea 'glimpse' only from the bathroom and standing on the deck. Rather shattered my image of enjoying the view while sipping a wine relaxing on the deck. The steps up are steep...

We stayed at Green Lodge from June 7th to June 9th. Green Lodge is a great small beach front guest house with 5 or 6 individual bungalows. We stayed in one of the beach front bungalows and had the most amazing view of the water. The beach is mostly coral and shell (like most of Tahiti and Moorea) but there...

Green Lodge is the best place to stay on Moorea. The bungalows have a ton of character and very nice. It's a great quiet getaway from the rest of the island and the food is the best I had on the entire trip! I would highly recommend staying here, just don't book the dates I want to return for my...

Stayed for two nights in the garden bungalow which was roomy and well appointed with a spacious bathroom. The room had AC which was needed at night. The location is remote so you are advised to hire a car or scooter. Getting there is US $25 by taxi which is exe but island prices. You can try the Le Truck...

My wife and I spent a whole week end there. Our Host, Isa & Jean-Luc were adorable. Always there when you need something with a great respect of your privacy. The property is decorated with style in a zen atmosphere. We will probably go back there.

This lodge is very different to anywhere we had stayed before I would say it is more of a retreat. Waking up and eating breakfast every morning on the deck looking out to the beach is beautiful and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend hiring a scooter or some sort of transport because although the lodge is right on the...
