All I can say is wow. We came to Manuel Antonia and Villa Roca to celebrate my 60th birthday. The place is immaculate. The staff are superb. The breakfast is great. The pool, overlooks paradise. Don't forget to visit the secluded hot tub at the very bottom of the stairs in the middle of bamboo and palm trees. Everything is...

What a service. What a place. What a view. What a beach. I stayed at Villa Roca with some friends. We enjoyed a lot, day and night. The staff is absolutely great. The breakfast by the pool is hhmmm.... We enjoyed food delivery service and also the restaurants nearby to have lunch and dinner. All the rooms are very clean...

We stayed here in the last few weeks of January and it was a great experience. Even though Room 4 is the smallest room, the view is spectacular and a very private. It's a little tight for two people but if you're not planning on spending much time in the room then it's perfect. We were really impressed with the...

I stayed at Villa Roca for one week with 4 friends and just left yesterday (1/27/17). It was a fantastic trip. Being built on the edge of a relatively steep mountain, it provided great views of the sunset over the specific. The location also allowed for excellent landscaping and placement of the rooms which all seemed private. It is in...

Me and my partner visited Costa Rica for my 30th Birthday and decided to stay at this property for its beautiful view and unique design. It was amazing! The staff was great and there is a decent amount to do as far as eating, bars, etc. not too far off. The only downfall is that at night and in the...

The Villa Roca claims to appeal to a gay market. I would suggest bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths that are less than Goodwill Store quality miss this market. Toiletries are Midwest motel quality. Provided beach towels only cover a third of the lounger. Rooms are very clean but small. Breakfast was good and offered with friendly service. No...

This place is just amazing. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Marco at the front especially. Chris the bartender is phenomenal and very hopeful. The rooms are very spacious. Easy to cool. And very clean. The pool area is absolutely fantastic and probably the most relaxing experience ever. The views are absolutely astonishing.

I am gay, single and I like meeting new people. I been there in January 2014 and now again in December 2016. I was very surprised about the changes. New bedding and room decor. New hot tub with ocean view. Very fast Internet. Great NYE-Party. Best breakfast ever. Good job guys! I will be back soon. Can not wait.

Me and my boyfriend took our first trip to Manuel Antonio and decided to stay at this gay friendly hotel... and it was fantastic!. The ambience is super open... the pool has a great view from the jungle to the ocean... and there, everything could happen and did. We met many people that are still friends to this time. The...
