The hotel is ideally located near the busstation to visit Manuel Antonio NP. We had booked a renovated double room by E-mail. The bed in the room was very small (190x160 cm.) Not comfy if you are 1,93 cm. Fortunately there was another room available with a kingsize bed! The staff who served the breakfast were very friendly. This is... More

Lets try this again since it didn't post my last. This is a great hotel for those who come here to SCUBA dive and/or fish. I look for three (3) things on my my dive trips. Is the room safe for my gear, is it located for convenience, and is there AC for the end of a hot sun burn... More

I stayed here at the suggestion of a friend. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Other reviews mention the lack of curb appeal but I think it is the surrounding buildings that take away from La Sirena's curb appeal. It is a clean white with blue accents. I would highly recommend... More

They call themselves a budget hotel, but they are everything but that. The rooms are modern and immaculately clean (refrigerator included in room). The location is a block from the beach and a two minute walk from the bus station (no taxi needed). The hotel is secure and safe. Across the street is a sumptuous bakery and store for all... More

I agree with the other reviewers - this place really lacks curb appeal. However beyond the front doors and reception, La Sirena Hotel is a little oasis! The rooms are all VERY clean, comfortable and spacious. We chose an older room (doesnt have the refurbished bathroom) but we got a very comfortable king size bed. We were also at the... More

La Sirena is in the heart of downtown Quepos. The other review was correct...little curb appeal, but once you enter you're in like a beautiful cabana. The rooms are very comfortable: AC's work well, hot water, there is a beautiful pool with a view of the mountains, and complementary breakfast served by a friendly staff. Rooms have a safe/security box... More

We went to Quepos on a family trip and decided to stay at the Sirena Hotel. At the moment we got there we knew that we had made the right choice, since the room was absolutely beautiful. It has very comfortable beds, air conditioning and hot water. Another thing that made our trip great was that we had wi-fi at... More

We stayed here for 2 nights while touring Manuel Antonio park in July 2011. Little curb appeal, but don't let that put you off. The interior has been fully renovated and our superior room was clean, comfortable, but basic. The AC worked well and is a must in this humid environment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were freindly... More
