We stayed 3 nights with our 12 year old son. It was our second stay and our intention was to hike Corcovado but we found we did not need to. The area is Magical and just walking down the road we were able to see 4 species of monkeys. A tapir visited right under our cabin two nights. An anteater... More

Stayed here mid March, first stop on our two week break. The drive was a little different for the last 90 mins as it was offroad, but if you have a 4x4 it was fine (better condition road than that into Monterverde!). Stunning location, the Lodge rising up the hillside opposite the crashing sea. Beach was virtually empty every day,... More

We ate dinner every night but one at the Lookout Inn overlooking the sea. We loved the inspired food and beverages with unlimited amounts of salads, vegetables, meat, fish and everything so so tasty, the atmosphere, the views of the ocean, casual ambience and down to earth people.
