This was the perfect place for us. We love to cook and enjoyed the facility and access to so many wonderful local fruits, vegetables, and fish. Katrin and Ruben were very relaxed and helpful. Capitan...the hound dog made it extra special for us...(.missing our own dogs) He is somewhat of a celebrity around Montezuma and beyond. The pool was outstanding...

Casacolores is a fantastic place to stay. It is only a short walk away from Montezema and the beaches. Being up the hill from Montezuma makes for quiet and cool sleeping out of the heat and hustle of Montezuma. The owners are super friendly and super helpful.

Stayed in red house for 10 days. House came fully equipped with everything you need including blender. Nice swimming pool. Big deck with table & hammocks. Bed is soft so always got a good nights sleep . Woke up listening to all the birds. Wonderful! No stress here! Fan kept bedroom very cool every night. Nice 15 min walk to...

Currently staying in the orange cabin here with my partner (both mid 20s). Owner is very friendly, warm, helpful and attentive. Pool is lovely to mooch around in and often empty. Cabins are all spaced apart perfectly to create your own private area which is great. We are in smallest cabin as there are only two of us and we...

My boyfriend and I spent four days here in August . Like some of the other reviews say, its a lovely little place. We stayed in the Red cabin and it was well appointed. Two beds, a shower with hot water, ceiling fans, electricity, well appointed kitchen, cute porch with a hammock and table. There is no air conditioning, but...

We stayed in the larger 2 bedroom cabin for 2 weeks and loved it - just over a mile from the center of Montezuma with a nice hill on the way back! I was preparing for the La Ruta mountain bike race so was perfectly located to get some good muddy rides in. Having the bike was a blessing and...

These lovely cheap cabins are a great place. To stay if you have a car or love to hike. The place is a bit far from the centre of Montezuma, so you have to take a cab ($4), walk (20min 40% elevation) or drive yourself if you have a car (5min). The cabins are clean, big and the big fan...

We LOVED staying at Casacolores. The cabins were clean, adorable, and had an amazing little kitchen and a huge front porch with a hammock where we spent a lot of time. Plus, the price was incredible! The owners were fantastic and so accommodating. Montezuma is a great town - my only reason for not giving it 5 stars was that...

These cottages are just sooo beautiful wood! Was just alittle disappointed that they were not closer to the beach/town. . But no complaints here....felt very comfortable and safe. Would very much recommend this place. Kitchen was sparse but good enough and bathroom was clean with plenty of room.

We stayed there 9 nights and we really felt at home. Nothing to complain! Everything was perfect. Helpful and friendly stuff, good kitchen and nice bathroom. There is also a nice pool for relaxing after the walk up from Montezuma. Would stay there again!
