My husband and I rented one of the houses at El Jardin in November. We were looking for a place for a month and were able to work out a good price for this house. It was large and spacious, with an equipped kitchen and hot water. Although it was much nicer than many of the cabinas for rent in...

Had an AMAZING time in Montezuma staying at El Jardin. The grounds and rooms were beautiful! The staff was incredible (Esteban was WONDERFUL!!!). The price was outrageous for the value, view of the ocean, right in the center of the "downtown" area hotspots. Definitely recommend to ANYONE staying in Montezuma, this is the best place around! Can't wait to go...

A reasonable hotel in the middle of Montezuma which had a good sized room with air conditioning. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff seemed pleased to welcome us into the hotel, but the service as we left was fairly indifferent. The shower wasnt really that good due to it being rather like a dribble...

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, the location is great - edge of the village. The A/C is definitely effective. The hotel is on a hillside and, the closer to the top you get, the better are the views of the ocean. Esteban seemed a little inconvenienced by our arrival when we got there, but after that,...

The El Jardin is a great hotel right in the middle of Montezuma. It's very close to the beach and the supermarket. The rooms are perfectly clean and hight standard (European level). As the hotel name let you take a guess, the garden incl. the pool area (there's also a jacuzzi) are just amazing. Although it's not the cheapest hotel...

We had planned to stay at Hotel El Jardin for 3 nights during our visit to Montezuma but only ended up staying for 2. I was really excited about this hotel as it looked so lovely on the website and it was one of the only hotels we had actually booked for our stay in Costa Rica. When we arrived,...

we stayed here 2 nights and were satisfied. small and simple room that could have used some updating. had all the basics, as well as a hammock and 2 rocking chairs outside on the shared balcony. dark and bare room, but at least had AC, which we needed! grounds were kept very nicely [like a garden] and the location was...

I stayed here for one night with a group of friends. The location is good if you want to be close to town. There are lots of steps so make sure you can handle stairs. The grounds were ok but the pool was really dirty. Our room was in a nice location, next to the pool but it was to...
