Upon arrival I was given room 3 that faces the main road very busy and facing the entrance to hotel. I "upgraded " paying $10/day more to get a room on back hotel with long steep trail The room is disgusting The shower is dirty ( review pic) The Nite stand has a lamp but there r not electric outlet...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights (the last was impromptu but handled amazingly). Johanna greeted us at the front desk and was more then happy to help us with all of our needs. We had a room up at the top of the hill; with a view that you'll write home about. Be ready to hike! It's...

One of our group move the bed to find a plug for a lamp to discover a tarantula on the head board. Needless to say, no plug for the lamp. All my clothes ended up taking on the musty smell of the room. Dirt everywhere. Sure has a great location and view but not worth it.

Serviceable rooms but musty smelling, small bathroom; decent location close to the beach, bad breakfast and reluctant dining room staff. Overall I would not repeat the experience - in fact stay there only if you have no other place to go.

The big thing going for the hotel was the location. Virtually on the beach and extremely close to Manuel Antonio Park. However, as my wife said, the hotel has seen better days. A little rundown and things were kinda of taped back together. The staff was ok and breakfast, which was included, was nice nothing special. I am not unhappy...

Dangerous and dirty. I felt too ashamed to even take any photos of our room! The place is being run by a greedy Korean owner, who is known for her madness in the whole Manuel Antonio! Everyone there knows Hotel Coco Beach thanks to her! The hotel's mainatance is based on 'super-glue'! Our bedside lamp become a firework, with sparkles...

We stayed several nights here. Manuel Antonio can be quite expensive, but on the recommendation of friends, we found this place. With good advice, we asked for the upper building. Wow! The view is one of the best in the whole area! The rooms are clean, and hot water plentiful. Wifi worked very well, and the ac was cold. The...

I went to this hotel and just leave after a few minutes in the room and asked for a refund. The room was really ugly and not clean with intense mold and moist odors. The only positive point is the location. I felt like a bad horror movie! 1*.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica, so we weren't really sure what to expect. For a hotel that's basically on the beach, and within walking distance from Manuel Antonio National Park it was a great deal and a good find! The room was clean... A couple geckos, but what do you expect staying in the jungle?! We had...

This was a decent hotel and the location was really great. It was a bit scary when I arrived and was told that children were not allowed (after searching within the constraints of needing accommodations for two adults and one child). We were allowed to check in, but I was told I needed to pay $20 in cash in order...
